The supplier drop the ball because they were the ones that packed the already damaged roses. I have purchased Ecuatorian Roses before and they are truly the best. These roses were for Mother's Day 1st grade school event. I was in shock when I opened the box right when they were delivered. I was so embarrassed because I had to tell my teacher's team that my idea of ordering them at Sams didn't work out.

Loved how these roses came they were beautiful and healthy. At first I was a little worried due to the reviews but I had a really great experience and all my roses came perfectly well packaged and healthy, I will definitely be ordering again. The roses have also lasted more than 2 weeks and they still look beautiful and have bloomed even more than the pictures I provided.

Ordered these for a bridal bouquet....terrible! They were basically rotten! Came in dry, rotten, and after being babied for 2 days useless for a bride's bouquet. Customer service refunded half......half.... of these roses. They did not hold, was shipped from Miami, to Memphis, then back to Mississippi. DRY and ROTTEN. 10/10 DO NOT RECOMMEND! Yes, I reached out to customer service before this statement for a resolution with plenty of pictures to document. They refunded half of the roses...half!

Literally the most beautiful long stems I’ve ever purchased! My household has fresh flowers mainly roses at least 2-3 a month. And these roses are beyond thriving after being here for 2 weeks already. In addition they are the right length of long stem that we love. Great for every occasion or just because.

Roses were super beautiful and fresh I really recommend this roses, they came well packed, as soon as I opened and place in a cooler with water they began to open so beautifully, they last a long time looking fresh

The red roses arrived blackened and wilted. So far, I can't get a refund because they have to have 5 pictures of the product, and I can't get the pictures emailed (says the file is too big). If I get the refund I deserve, I will post again stating that fact. I have never had this problem with Sam's before...

UPDATE 2: Flowers did arrive on time, however, one of my flowers was incorrect. I received blue sprayed hydrangea rather than the natural blue. Roses were pretty, but already showed signs of wilting on the outer layers of petals. UPDATE: It's March 26 at 3:24pm and I just received notification that my order shipped.....after I cancelled, but I'll see if it arrives by tomorrow. It typically sits with FedEx a day, but I'll cross my fingers. Previous Review: I've ordered these before and was okay with the quality.....few dying ones, but I still had enough for what I needed. My review regarding my order this time is the poor execution of satisfying orders. I placed an order on February 26 for an event happening on March 28, so I requested delivery March 27. Today is March 26 and there has been no movement on the order, luckily I could cancel it this morning. As beautiful as the flowers can be, if I can't rely on the delivery for an event, I would not use them again. I also ordered hydrangea with the roses. They really need to be able to provide updates especially if they know flowers are low and can't fulfill orders. Don't use this department to plan your event, nothing worse than having to rush around.

Based on what is shown and what is delivered, there is a clear difference. The flowers we received were no where this beautiful. The flowers were bruised, banged up, and falling apart. This was an embarrassment. I've done better with cheap gas station flowers. Of course the system won't allow me to post a picture to show the difference.

I have been ordering roses from Sam's for a very long time. I have NEVER been disappointed. This time is no exception. I ordered these for my Hubby for Valentine's Day. I placed the order early in January as I knew as Valentine's Day nears, choices become rare AND the prices increase. I chose the "Explorer" red roses, by Colour Republic. They arrived on February 11th as I had requested. Upon opening the box, I could immediately see the quality was first rate. The blooms were tightly packed and I could not believe how thick the stems are. After hydrating them for 4 hours, I arranged them in 2 vases. As you can see from the pics, these are so beautiful. There were a few different choices for red roses and I'm so glad I picked these. I would highly recommend these to anyone looking for Premium Red Roses.
