My daughter bought 2 of these for her Dad , we only use them when we camp so they were stored in motorhome  compartment. When camping last week my husband set in one, it broke and landed him on concrete He had bruises and scraps, but being 73 yrs old he hobbled for couple of days Do not buy this chair they are dangerous. They are screwed through plastic that is all that is holding you. When it breaks you take a hard fall backwards. BEWARE

Deadly

I saw prior reviews regarding the color shipped in oppose to the selected color by member. Today, I had the same experience. The quest to resolve via chat was not successful, as I waited for a supervisor over 5 minutes then released the chat. I noticed the color I ordered is now not available online. How can Sam's Club selectively send the color of Black, their choice, to me? I will not tolerate their ineptness to me as the consumer!

Ineptness from a billion dollar corporation

I picked up two of these for my wife and I for kids softball games. They are now being used for our covered patio and are very comfortable to sit in.  The frame is very strong and can hold me we no problem 250+ I am kicking myself for not getting two more when they were available in the store.

Very well built Great bargain Comfortable

I bought this chair a week and a half ago and have used it almost every day. The fact it folds and unfolds easily was a selling point, as we have a small porch, as well as the weight limit, as I weigh almost 275 pounds and worry about both weight limit and width on chairs. I went back to buy a second one this week and they are already out of stock! My son will have to be content with sharing for now.

Comfortable & Easy to Use

My mom and I really LOVE these chairs she bought it a while back for her and children's one for my niece. SHE broke it last summer when my cousin opened it for her and didn't snap it all the way before she sat in it. We had been searching for new ones since. They finally brought them back, though only in 2 colors and when I saw it there was only red left. Please Restock and add more beautiful colors!

A must have!

We ordered 2 blue chairs. We received 1 black chair. The shipping box said black. We called customer service to return and get the blue chair we ordered. Customer service confirmed that the 2nd blue chair was on the way. When we received chair #2, it was also black. We called customer service again. We had to return the 2nd chair.  We placed another order for 2 blue chairs. Guess what?!? They were also black. Sams usually does a better job than this.

Disappointed

These chairs are durable and made of high quality. They are comfortable and provide nice support. The only things I could complain about are that 1) they are pretty heavy and bulky, and 2) the runners scratch easily, esp when using them on hard or irregular surfaces. I'm not sure how the runners will weather now that they are scratched... they scratched the first time we used them on a soccer field in the grass. We have a different set of chairs that don't actually "rock on runners," but appear to have a hydraulic for the rear legs and these don't scratch since they don't actually rock on the surface. However, they cost quite a bit more and are not as comfortable, nor do they have as ample of surface area for support. Overall, these chairs are well worth the money and we would purchase them again! 5 stars!!
