Once I was able to connect with the local store, things went OK. Too many phone calls seem to get rerouted to overseas. And that was just a waste of my time ended up actually going to the store to make my appointments.

Was skeptical on buying tires other than Goodyear, but these are excellent. Smooth ride. Nice looking on my jeep. I like how SAMS stands by their customers to help anyway they can!

These are the absolute worst tires that you can put on your car. Sams club gave me 2.5 year old tire which had severe vibration issues since day one and i have been trying to get this issue resolved for months. They have balanced these tires over 6 times and the car still shakes at highway speeds. I was suckered into Pirelli because of their "racing heritage" but they are nothing more than cheap budget tires masked under their "premium name". If i were you, I would either stick with the best tire manufacturers (Michelin or Continentals )

The staff at the tire center took care of us right away. The told us the approximate time our vehicle would be completed, and it was. Several months later we got a nail in one of the tires, and again took it right in checked all tires and found the bad one. Replaced it and we were on our way! Great service and friendly employees. Will be back and will tell others of our experience!

We had the misfortune of running over a sharp object as we were leaving town. When the check tires light started blinking we turned around and went to Sam's. We had the tires installed there and hoped to have it fixed soon and be on our way. It was cut on the sidewall so too damaged to fix. The other tires were 4+ years old so decided to replace all four. We were back on our way with 4 new tires in 50 minutes which was AMAZING service!

I was looking for tires with a long mileage warranty, quiet ride, good seasonal tire pattern, and most importantly a good value. Found all of these elements with the selected Pirelli Scorpion AS Plus 3 tires. The tire shop at Sam's Club made the recommendation and so far nothing but happiness. The Pirelli brand had one of the longest mileage warranties and was priced reasonable compared to other brands considered.

The tires themselves are great; but my experience with install was not the best. I had to make a return trip due to incorrect balancing and I think I might have to make a second. The car that this is on is a Mazda CX50. All rims are in great shape and the car just had an alignment - still feeling vibrations through the wheel that were not there prior to the installation. The first time I took it back due to vibrations and I think I might need to bring them back again as I am still getting some. This was my first Sams Club experience and I really wish I just had Discount Tire price match. I am really upset about how the car drives after such a large investment.

Just had these new tires installed last week and have only driven them 400 miles. Ride is smooth and quiet. After a detailed inspection of each tire, I have noticed that 3 of them are mfg in Brazil and are 107V rated. The other 1 of them is made in Mexico and has a rating of only 103H. Why was this not noticed by the installers at Sam's Club, as the paperwork, my receipt shows all 4 tires as being the 107V. This really concerns me and I will be calling in to the Maize Sam's Club to inquire about this tomorrow. I would rather all the tires be the same rated when I purchased a new set. Please reply .
