Best Ever

Nothing like having fresh bread daily. These are just the right size for a sandwich. You'll need freezer space because they come in a fairly large box. I take them out and put as many as possible in a gallon size zip lock bags works great.

Wonderful flavor. Super convenient. FRESH BREAD!

Wonderful flavor. Super convenient. FRESH BREAD whenever you want it (well with a few hours of defrost and rise time!). We are long-time [insert name of Sam's biggest competitor here] buyers and when I saw info about this on social media we got a Sam's Club card just for this! The price is amazing for what you get!

Great Rolls

We Love these rolls. I line a baking sheet & lay out 4-8 of these about 2-4 hours before I will be baking them. Lightly Brush on unsalted butter & bake few minutes when ready for these delicious little rolls. They are great for rolls or sandwiches. Brush with salted butter, garlic butter, or even onion butter as soon as they leave the oven. I have purchased these several times. These keep well for couple days after baking. I have never baked more than my family would eat in 2 days. I store them in a plastic bread bag or covered cake plate. This last time I purchased these I was disappointed that the protection wrapper was open & the frozen rolls were loose inside the cardboard box. Hopefully quality of packaging will improve.

Excellent

We love these rolls. Easy to rise and bake and the smell of the fresh bread is amazing. I love to brush with a little butter and honey for a sweeter kick or butter topped with shredded Parmesan cheese. I’m surprised at the amount of people who don’t read the entire product description of items they purchase but rely on pictures. These are definitely for those who who don’t have time to mix and go through the first rise. No proof box needed just place on tray and allow to rise like normal homemade bread

Mistaken

We didn't realize these were frozen. They are of little use to us. Trying to figure out what to do with them.

Website directions lie!

I bought this after the directions online read "frozen hoagie bread rolls easily bake in the oven straight out of the freezer". I needed these for a fundraiser, I picked them up and got home thinking I was going to bake these. Wrong. The directions on the box were completely different than online, talking about needing a retarder, water misting and cooking with steam. I consulted several of my friends and Google who pretty much laughed at the situation. I went back to the original online directions and attempted to bake a tray of them easily straight out of the freezer, ended up like tasty blobs and a little doughy in the center. So now I am desperate, I cover my kitchen in wax paper and set the rest of them out to thaw and go to bed. I wake up in the middle of the night to start baking and I knew something had happened as I was coming down the stairs I could smell the overwhelming odor of yeast. I walked in and the kitchen was overtaken by 120 raw little loaves of bread. Perfect! I preheat the oven and attempt to place the little loaves onto baking sheets but the minute you touch them they shrink almost trying to avoid being touched. I do a little reshaping and bake in the oven. I baked about 6 pans worth before I realize that even though they may taste delicious there is no way to make a hoagie with them. I end up throwing out all the ones I had baked and the raw dough. I ended up having my co-worker go to Aldi's and buy the already baked hoagie rolls for a little more than this mess.
