At 6'2" and 300-lbs this chair is still not near its capacity or weight limit. 350-lbs is probably reasonable but 325 easy. The plastic leg tips are a very hard plastic and I'm not risking my hardwood floors, Buying rubber tip covers from Lowes or Home depot.

have had 5 of these chairs over the years. feel real solid, son weighs about 260, other family member about 300. the plastic on the seat gives out where the metal side frame joins after about 8 or 9 months of use. every chair has done the same, will not buy again. if the metal went all the way around under the plastic seat, there would be no problem would only recommend for use on people under 250 lbs.
