I have sat on these chairs at different events over the years and finally I decided to check the mame so I could buy my own. I purchased 4 of these chairs from Sams at a really good price; around $28/ chair. These chair absolute top quality and strong. Powder coated metal and strong plastic seat and back. VERY COMFORTABLE for long periods of time. I'm 6'2" and 350 lbs and have never had an issue with any of these chairs holding my weight along with my 20 -30 lb grandchildren. Absolutely the best.

We bought four of these to use when we had extra company for dinner. The way they are designed the bars can shift causing them to bend and not open properly. Such a disappointment and waste of money. The first one broke about 4 months after we bought them. All were broken before we had them a year.

Lifetime says it all

I purchased four of these chairs a number of years ago and when I saw these on line at the same price I paid a number of years ago, I knew I had to buy four more. People have commented on how comfortable they are with contour seat and higher back. They stack neatly and are great for both indoors & outdoors. I also have purchased a couple of their tables. They too are of great value. Lifetime products I have found to be of great quality and when you can get a great price I highly recommend buying them.

Perfect chair for very heavy people. It holds up to 500 pounds, so will accommodate almost everyone who will ever sit in it without fear of breaking the chair. Even though it is not rated as a shower chair, I purchased it mostly for that purpose. I purchased some Scotch Anti-Slip round rubber tips because I could not find any rectangular rubber tips. They worked perfect and tightly conformed to the rectangular leg shape. It allows the weather proof chair to safely sit in the shower without slipping or scratching the shower base. The contoured seat is generous for the larger people and is extremely comfortable and sturdy while seated. The only thing that would improve this as a shower chair is to add a couple of drain holes on the seat to keep the water from sitting in the contoured seat. Otherwise, I simply tip the seat up after my shower to drain any excess water away and leave it in the shower to air dry. The back of the chair has a molded handle for easy transport. It is extremely lightweight for a chair that is so sturdy and holds up to 500 pounds. Excellent purchase and I plan to buy more for multiple uses around my house.

Newer model (Seems "whiter" in color than older model) has lower quality plastic that crumples when sitting for any extended period. I am slightly more than 250lb which is much less than 500lb weight limit for this chair. This has happened to multiple newer Lifetime chairs purchased from Sams Club since late 2017. Prior model purchased maybe 5+ years ago (a different shade of white that is a slightly "darker" white) clearly has a better quality plastic. Currently have both chairs, the older one and the newer one. Just examined both before writing this review. Both have the exact same plastic "mold", but different quality of plastic. Unfortunate that the current chair on sale at Sams Club since late 2017 shows a 500lb weight limit but clearly does not support much over 250lb for any expended period of time (2+ hours of sitting). I am not sure if the model sold at Sams Club is a lower quality Lifetime chair than sold elsewhere.

Strong

I own Albany Table and Chair Rentals in Albany Louisiana , and I rent these chairs for all my weddings . and a lot of just party's . I loaned some of these chairs to my church I attend and they liked them so much ,they purchase 100 of them . they are so nice.

I've been using these chairs off and on for over a year. They're great for having additional seating, especially outdoors, around the house and I never about having to worry about anything being spilled on them. A quick rinse of the hose, and hour or so in the sunshine, then they're ready to go back into storage. Now I'm a big guy (6'4", 350-ish [Dan Patrick... *ding!*]) and in a lot of folding chairs I am sometimes concerned with just sitting down and worrying if the chair will hold. Not with these chairs!!! Solid as a rock! I highly recommend these chairs!
