I drive a RWD P85+ Tesla Model S, which is both heavy and up until last winter had staggered 21” wheels. I was used to buying a new set of Pilot Sport 4S for the rear every 10-12k miles, which is to be expected, but not welcomed on that setup. I switch to 20” square rims front and aft, and also switched to Pilot Sport AS 4's ,245/45/ZR20 99Y, and couldn't be happier. Now that I can rotate tires life if grand. I'm used to extremely irregular wear and regular pinch flats, but I've got things nailed down now. Tire wear with theses tire is even, traction is more than adequate and tire noise is drastically reduced.

Why dont they make this in a 225/50/18 I just got a 2017 subaru legacy 3.6R Limited and they made the pilot sport a/s 3's in that size in a W speed rating, I'm looking for new tires to improve the ride and handling and everything about my car, but why should I go with a michelin if I have to settle for the old technology in the a/s 3? The a/s 4 is the newer successor with more and better technology, I got a subaru with all wheel drive so I can run a sportier tire all year long with my geographic area with occasional snow, I might just have to settle for an all season tire without a sport focus, which I dont want to do, I want an all season with a sport focus, but why should I go with an a/s 3 when there is a newer tire in the a/s 4? The answer to that is because unfortunately the a/s 4 is not available in my size, and I don't want to go with a nonfactory size either, troubling matter for a loyal michelin fan like myself, just wondering if their are plans at all to bring the a/s 4 to the market in more sizes at all? If so, i'd be interested in possibly getting some, have not actually bought the product, my ratings are just based off of my experience with michelin products in general, which have been pretty good, really honestly interested in either the cross climate 2 in the 225/50/18 in a v speed rating or higher or the a/s 4 in a w speed rating or higher, I have no use for the cross climate suv tire in my size which is designed with too high of a load rating for my sedan which would ultimately only result in an unnecessarily harsh ride since my vehicle is somewhat lighter weight, not much tire support for my vehicle in this size from michelin unfortunately, at least no tire support in the tire models that I want :(

Using these on california roads that are chewed up and spit out and they work great. No issues with it wobbling or moving or tracking wrong. Loving life with these. If I had worn struts, shocks, or bushings I would probably have issues on rough roads like other reviewer said. But probably just their car having suspension issues, no way it could be these tires Uneven cut up pavement, rough pavement, patchy road, cut up road, and partial gravel. All no issues so far, two weeks in. Cant wait for winter!

I purchased these tires so that I could drive my Vette so I wouldn't be worried about late season mountain drives. I have just over 2,000 miles on them and couldn't be more satisfied. The ride is great, the handling seems to be better and there's virtualy no road noise.

I put a set of these Michelin Pilot 4 season tires on my 2007 Corvette to replace 10 year old Pilot Super Sport Tires. There is no comparison in ride quality and road noise compared to the Pilot SS tires they replaced that tended to be harsh riding and noisy.

I just replaced Continental run-flat tires with the Pilot Sport All Season 4 (non run-flats). It is made a massive difference. The tires ride smoothly, steer precisely, braking is improved, and wet performance is so much better and confidence inspiring. A great combination of both sport and luxury. As to a number of comments about the tires being noisy, they really aren't any noisier than competitive tires or the tires predecessor, the A's 3+. I think it's just that the tone of the noises a little bit higher pitched and therefore more noticeable to some people. On the other hand, I noticed that there is no noise difference when driving on asphalt and concrete, which is unusual because most tires tend to be louder on concrete. Not so with these tires.

Purchased my third set of Michelin tires for my third different vehicle and Michelin continues to impress me with the quality and drivability with each new set of tires. This time I purchased as set of Pilot Sport All Season tires for my Buick Regal Sportback and the car drives better than new. I will put nothing but Michelin tires on all my cars from now on.

There is a reason OEMs choose Michelin. The Tesla model S must have smooth, quiet tires that absorb various road imperfections and maintain good handling characteristics. Road noise is a big concern when driving a vehicle that has no drivetrain noise.

I've installed the Pilot Sport A/S 4 on my 1995 Camaro Z28 I've own this car since new, over the 26 yrs of its life I've had several different tires. I can honestly say that this tire lives up to the Michelin standard, awesome performance in wet traction excellent overall. If you have the opportunity to purchase these tires in your size if available just do it you won't be disappointed. Only negative thing about this tire is the availability in all sizes.

What a difference in the performance from my OEM tires. I put these on my Audi SQ5 replacing the "performance" tires that I had on there that only got about 10,000 miles. I had these new tires for about two months now and the performance of these tires blows away my other tires. It was very difficult to find a 21" all season performance tire at a affordable price. Today My wife drove the car on the freeway in a down pour and she felt very comfortable driving as it proved to be a tire that made the car very stable and responsive. It made this purchase worth every penny. So if you have a vehicle with a performance 21" tire I highly recommend the Michelin Pilot. Thank you Michelin for an awesome tire.
