A beautiful bubbly brut the carbonation is amazing. Very lovely champagne instead of my usual orange juice I switched it up and added a little cranberry pomegranate juice to it.

The carbonation is very bubbly, something i really look for in wines, i prefer the bubblier variety! This wine was said to pair well with sushi and fried chicken and wow i can honestly say it does, i ordered in to accompany my wine and got exactly that and it paired beautifully! It’s dry and sweet but not too sickly sweet, just a hint. Definitely a new favorite wine of mine, i will be repurchasing this in the near future.
