Very smooth riding tires

Bought these tires for my wife's Ford Explorer. These tires are quiet, smooth riding, balanced out with VERY little weight, cut though water with NO hydroplaning and deliver long life. I know this cause this is the third set of these tires I have purchased for three different vehicles. Buy with confidence and never look back!

Tires were very dirty so didn’t look new

The tires look like they are going to be great. They are a lot smoother than my previous tires. The problem I have was the service. I arrived there at 10:35 am for 11 am appointment. The guy said I was early, and I said I knew that. He said my SUV would be ready by just before noon. So I grabbed some lunch in the club, and did some shopping. At 11:43 I was walking up to the garage and saw one of the workers get into my SUV, and noticed that the old tires were still on my SUV. I did not get my car until 12:50. A full hour from when I was promised. When I received the car and my keys from I think was the manager. No apology from him. I then said I thought my appointment was a 11 am. All I got was a yeah. Not a good customer experience after paying $900 for new tires.
