Bottom pan needs to be longer and wider as water drips onto counter; knife inserts comes out when removing knife; utensils slip out through the slices at the bottom of holder; shallow bowls do not stand, only dishes will. Other than that, rack is nice and sturdy.

I am happy I purchased this dish rack. I had read in other people’s reviews, placing the higher feet on the bottom so the rack could drain water was a little time consuming, so I was prepared. I took my time so I would not break the feet and I got them on with no problem. That was the only concern I encountered. Once I placed the first foot on the second foot slid on great. This dish rack is beautiful.

Sturdy, but lightweight dish rack makes a big impact in a small space. I was always using dish towels to drain on which meant constant laundry. I couldn't find a dish rack which wasn't flimsy or poorly coated; the one from Sam's is stainless steel and no worries. I wish the hooks to hand drying glasses were spaced a bit farther apart as my glasses don't always fit but otherwise it's perfect.

Love it! Love the water drip tray love the silverware compartments! I will use it until it wares out. Things I would improve: 1.) the long drain slits in the silverware/utensil cups allow knives and forks and handles to get stuck in them and it's a nuisance. Make them into smaller round holes for draining. 2.) It would be nice if the drip tray could sit slightly higher on the unopen end so the water would drain out faster.

Had to order online as the club had sold out. It came in a ratty box which I thought was pretty odd. The dish rack is orientated for one direction which is the long way and my current one was wide ways so I ended up having to rearrange my whole counter. The wooden knife rack for the one silverware slot looks nice but I doubt it will last very long.

When I saw it on sale bought this to try it out as replacement a different one we bought a few months ago that while it worked ok had too many flaws which were somewhat frustrating. So far this one is working well. I like the distribution of the space for dishes versus cups and such which in the replaced one was not good.

Love it

It would be good for someone wanting to spray paint to match their kitchen or a kitchen barely used. The tray is a thin aluminum. It arrived with thin scratches around the trim. There is a seam at the top that is pulling apart. I do not recommend this product for a busy household.

Seriously the best dish rack ever. I’m convinced the people who gave it low marks are somehow using it wrong. It does not sit flat on the counter, it comes with feet that snap on the bottom and one set is taller than the other, making it angled. The cup rack goes on the sink side so cups drip into the sink. It is raised so it fits fine over sinks that have a lip. This is the only dish drainer I’ve had that hasn’t rusted out in a few months, making it well worth the price since I don’t have to keep replacing it. Love the knife holder so they’re not dangerously just in with the silverware. It is removable if you dry your knives in a different way. Overall very happy with this and have not only given it as a gift but have bought an extra one for myself in case something happens to this one. I love it that much, and I never thought a dish rack would be something I could “love.”
