I am happy I purchased this dish rack. I had read in other people’s reviews, placing the higher feet on the bottom so the rack could drain water was a little time consuming, so I was prepared. I took my time so I would not break the feet and I got them on with no problem. That was the only concern I encountered. Once I placed the first foot on the second foot slid on great. This dish rack is beautiful.

My two previous dish racks were both top end models. They were gleaming chrome from famous manufacturers. Both started to rust after about a year. They became both unsightly and unsanitary and were discarded. This product, being aluminum, should last many years without needing to be replaced.

We originally bought one of these in store a couple of years ago. We love it so much that when we had a necessity to get another dish rack for another home, we wanted the same thing. Unfortunately, the item was no longer available in store so we had to place an order online. BIG MISTAKE!!!! Shipping took almost 2 weeks--not optimal when you need a dish rack several times a day. This was a disappointing experience with Sam's Club even though we like the dish rack.

Had to order online as the club had sold out. It came in a ratty box which I thought was pretty odd. The dish rack is orientated for one direction which is the long way and my current one was wide ways so I ended up having to rearrange my whole counter. The wooden knife rack for the one silverware slot looks nice but I doubt it will last very long.

Love it! Love the water drip tray love the silverware compartments! I will use it until it wares out. Things I would improve: 1.) the long drain slits in the silverware/utensil cups allow knives and forks and handles to get stuck in them and it's a nuisance. Make them into smaller round holes for draining. 2.) It would be nice if the drip tray could sit slightly higher on the unopen end so the water would drain out faster.

We are delighted with our dish rack. The integral drain board drains quickly and completely and does not trap any water preventing the hard water stains and messes we have experienced with every other drain rack we have used. We particularly like the bamboo insert for the silverware rack. It makes it safe and easy to air dry sharp knives. With previous racks we had to lay the knives down in the main rack which created a hazard when trying to retrieve them. And lets not forget the posh, upscale appearance of the rack which should complement any kitchen. All in all, the best dish rack we've ever seen or used.

It would be good for someone wanting to spray paint to match their kitchen or a kitchen barely used. The tray is a thin aluminum. It arrived with thin scratches around the trim. There is a seam at the top that is pulling apart. I do not recommend this product for a busy household.
