Broke a plastic foot trying to get them on, extremely difficult to do. It comes with 4 level feet, and two riser feet to allow water to drain. The riser feet are the problem. You have to remove the two level feet to install the larger ones. I spent 10 minutes getting the first one on trying to be gentle. The second one I got too aggressive and the foot broke. The plastic just didn't want to spread. I drilled it out and used a stainless screw to attach which is how this should have been engineered to begin with. Be careful with the feet.

The rack itself is nice and sturdy. Doesn't look like it's going to rust anytime soon. I like the area for utensils and knives to dry off, but they are what I don't like about the rack. I can only put the utensils to dry away from the counter. And to save any space, I can't put it inside the rack itself either, or it won't drain the utensils. The piece that attaches so glasses can dry is flimsy and constantly slips off too. Otherwise, I really like it. With the two already mentioned pieces, it takes up a lot of space on my counter though.

The cup rack constantly falls off. It's not secured. When using it on the right side of sink water does not drain. The utensil holder has a slot that Utensils slide thru. Water also pools in utensil holder. It should have holes not a slot. Not really happy. I'll keep looking.

I really like having the separate area for silverware and the hooks for cups. The hooks are rather close together so you can't put cups side by side but if you only need to put a few cups it works with every other hook. This has been a great purchase especially for the price!

I was disappointed that this didn't work out. Is built well, except the but the taller plastic feet broke way too easily when I tried to switch out the shorter ones. The basket is kind of small, and the drip tray is definitely too small. So if you're drying glasses or cutlery as shown, the water drops miss the drip pan and land onto counter. And, because the tray is black water stains show up (we have a salt-water-softener). Good concept features but failed real life use and lacks tidiness.

Whoever designed this didn't use it. There are five holders for glasses, but not enough space in between them to use all five. You can use three max. The drain pan just barely covers the bottom of the metal rack. This means that the silverware and cup holders hang over with no drain pan underneath. You can put one of them on the edge that drains to the sink, so there's one that drops on the counter. Dumb design, mines going back to the store.

Packaging says Anti-skid Rubber Feet. The feet are PLASTIC, not rubber and they are very hard to install but break easily! Returned the rack to Sam’s due to the tall feet breaking upon installation. Got another rack only to get home and find this package had only ONE tall foot. Frustrating! Found out you can’t order replacement feet from MembersMark Help line. Must be ordered from the manufacturer in China! Don’t buy if you need the tall feet.

Super sturdy and is on an angle for great drainage!
