The ordering process was super easy and I am a repeat customer. I am very disappointed in the delivery. I provided my gate code on my delivery instructions, however they still called me from the front gate for the code. THEN HE DELIVERED IT TO THE WRONG HOUSE! I had to go pick up the 8 CASES of large water, load them in my card and bring them to my home! Kind of defeats the purpose of delivery! So disappointed!

The quality of the poly containers and the cardboard of the boxes have been cheapened to the point that they are barely functional. You need to go back to the quality containers and boxes that you used before.

Ozarka’s 2.5-Gallon Jug is one of our favorite things to pack for camping or to set up for parties. Ozarka is one of my go-to waters because it tastes the way water should taste: clean, crisp, and refreshing — no mineral or sweetness.

This is the best tasting water and my go to water of choice! I’m actually a dentist and we do studies on different pH of water and this one is a decent choice!

I think it has a weird taste. Just Ozarks in general, but the packing for this container is good, though. It's not something I think I will get again just because of the taste.

If you're like me in your refrigerator did not come with an accessible area for water then you know it's hard buying water bottles with this 2.5 gallon jug. It's easy to slip into your fridge and have water to fill in your cup baking bottles, etc. perfect on the go. I don't have to pull anything out out of the fridge to pour it out just easily Press the switch at the top and get pouring.

This 2.5 gallon is perfect for daily use. It tastes really fresh and the material/ design add a superior quality to the gallon. Easy to carry and easier to drink.

Love how easy it is to get water and the size is perfect for small groups! Also love how easy it is to find in stores. Taste is also great as expected from Ozarka.

We have found this size water to ideal to place in the refrigerator. With its easy pour spout it's great for kids. It also gives the best price per ounce. We just wish Sam's carried it at more stores!
