The first time I used the wagon to move several cases of bottle water the plastic wheel base broke. Planning to return.

One of the wheels would not stay on because the lock ring was missing that holds it on, my husband had to go to hardware store to get one

They need better Velcro on handle, first time I used mine I had the Velcro come loose (unstitched). They need to come up with a better system on carrying handle. Other than that the wagon works great.

Great sturdy compact useful wagon. We bought it for trip to FL and were very grateful for it. It came in handy for hauling luggage, groceries, kids, beach stuff, etc. Seems very durable and we expect many more years use out of it. Well done Mac!
