Great item fresh flowers !! you will not have too pay all the extra fees all the flower places rip you off on . Very straight forward and easy to deal with!!

I purchased these roses for myself because I am worth it. They arrived on time and were well packed. They didn't last as long as I'd hoped. 5 days. I gave them a fresh cut and fed them the enclosed plant food on the first day.

Beautiful flowers, but again, NO CARD. Not the first time this has happened. Very unhappy that the card to tell the recipient who sent them flowers was misssing.

these were a birthday gift for a friend and she said they were gorgeous and her home smelled so nice from them. order was delivered when it was promised. transaction was great.

Had this shipped to my mother in law, and she absolutely loved them, and said that, " these flowers lasted longer than any other flowers she has gotten".

So far so good, received today and they are wonderful. I was concerned the flowers would show up frozen because of the lake Superior cold but the FedEx Express driver took great care of these flowers. I'm not a florist and had to find a bigger vase to fit everything in it and have it look full. I bought these for a celebration of life and I could not have asked for a better bouquet.

If I could give zero stars!!! Ordered flowers for my moms birthday. Paid for the shipping on a specific day %26 they never arrived. When I called Sams customer service %26 went on the chat, no one could help me because they said their floral department is closed and that I would have to wait until Monday when they opened again (which they were supposed to arrive on Friday). So upset with Sams %26 the fact no one else could help find out where the flowers were or the actual tracking for them. I will never order flowers from Sam's Club.com again.

I order these a week in advance for my mom's 79th birthday. We waited all day hoping they would arrive on the scheduled delivery date. THE BDAY flowers NEVER ARRIVED. Contacted Sam's Club via chat, Ana was no help, said they would call tomorrow between 7-9 so we will see if they will resolve, but if I was you save your time and money because this paid for gift the recipient never received. Seriously seriously disappointed.!!

Waste of money. Bought bicolor and rainbow for daughters both were almost completely wilted and rainbow set only had 11 roses. Trimmed, watered and arranged..left under floral light and next day they were all wilted. We were so disappointed and will NEVER try it again.

Not even close to what I ordered. I ordered bright pink roses, I recieved a whitish rose. when I called about the problem I was told they would not be able to replace before Valentines Day so I would get a refund after I sent photos in. Well photos went in, no refund. I called back and was told I would get notified immediately of a refund. I called tonight, got a supervisor. was told a refund was likely, and they could plainly see I did not get what I ordered. But they would have to communicate with the vendor about the problem before they could provide a refund. Apparently Sams does not back their floral orders. I have had great results before, this is the first big problem, but clearly their customer service is lacking.
