Ford put these on the 2011 F-150's I suppose due to the cheap price they were bid to Ford Mo Co. I found these tires to be totally worthless - even new. They had obvious traction problems on wet or snow covered roads. Its a wonder they haven't been recalled by the National Safety Transportation Board. Go to a Cooper or a Mastercraft. Made in USA. - steer CLEAR of anything by Pirelli.

If you're buying these thinking they would work well in the snow, grab something else. These tires are the worst a/t tires I've had in the snow. I live in the Colorado mountains, my previous tires were Kenda klever a/t and they were amazing. These tires I've gotten stuck on a hill going home in some snow, and they dont do anything if there is ice on the ground. You will slide everywhere.

Excellent tire. I've had them on for 3 years now, I tow, drive on the highway, we have snow where I live and they are great in the snow and drive back some dirt/grass roads at times. The stability is excellence, the road noise is excellent, the traction is excellent and they are wearing very well. I'll buy these again when it's time for a new set.

Know what you need. Buy that. I used to put my vehicles into bad situations on a regular basis, in construction. I needed tires to endure abuse, regularly. I was a Michelin LTX AT2 buyer, and recommend paying the extra if you abuse tires. My 2014 Toyota 4Runner is now primarily driven by my daughter, and off-road needs are essentially limited to camping and such, so, use, not abuse. If you know tread, you can look at the pattern and know what the traction will be. It's a good hybrid tread pattern. Noise is no more or less than I'm used to, and purchase price was much less. These tires ARE comparitively light. This improves acceleration, deceleration, and fuel economy. I believe they are light, because the sidewalls are less beefy, so the ride is smoother, but again, there is probably less tolerance for abuse. I don't know how long they will last, but they do not sound softer or harder than I am used to. If you need All Terrain capability everyday, consider heavier, more expensive tires, of which there are many. For occasional offroad use, I chose the Pirelli Scorpion All Terrain, and have no regrets at this point. I have over 70,000 on the All terrain Scorpion's I bought for my Suburban at Sam's Club a couple years back. I'm hoping for at least 10k more miles. I tow, go off road,haul, use in snow and they are great. I bought D range for towing. Only complaint is inflated to 40 psi, rough ride. LOL that's a small price to pay for never having a flat, holds balance for miles, not much noise . Love them- glad to see I can still get them.
