This air fryer oven replaces and does more than a toaster oven. This oven is large enough to make a dinner size portion for more than one. The toaster function has a toast and a bagel setting which toasts the bread and bagels evenly. The digital display is also a nice feature. It has a space saving design that allows you to flip the oven up on its side when not in use. Also per the manual it’s important to operate the air fryer at 450 for 20 minutes prior to it’s first use to burn off any residue from the manufacturing process. This will give off a one time chemical smell but is good to go right after that to cook your food in it. I’m really happy with this purchase.

I've never owned an air fryer before. Heck, I've never seen one in action (except on Youtube) -- but I always heard that air fryers are Noisy, Slow and Cheap. Let me address those points individually: IS IT NOISY? NO. This unit is definitely not noisy and doesn't sound like a 737 on take-off. This unit hums quietly (so I now it's on). Obviously, it's louder when it's air roasting or frying than it is when it's toasting or dehydrating, but that's what's supposed to happen - right? IS IT SLOW? NO. A lot of people complained that their air fryers take forever to preheat. This one preheats so fast, I didn't realize it was even happening in the beginning. Seriously, this bad boy preheats within about a minute -- which is record-breaking, considering my in-wall oven takes 15 minutes to reach 425º! I've been testing all sorts of things in it (I've dehydrated apples, air roasted a pizza, air fried Buffalo Chicken, sweet potatoes and french toast) and find that things either cook faster than expected, or right on the money. Time takes time -- but this unit doesn't take more than it should! CHEAP? (Quality) CHEAP? (Price) There are cheaper units out there, but based on reviews, you get what you pay for. In this case, I got a unit that behaves and feels like a more expensive unit. It seems well made and performs exactly as it should. Since I already own a Ninjaa blender/food processor, I know what quality feels like, and this Air Fryer Oven is no exception BOTTOM LINE: I repeat that I'm no expert in the air fryer arena, but my initial experiences have been positive and actually FUN. I love the fact that this folds up and out of the way because it gives me back valuable countertop real estate that my old toaster oven was hogging. If you want to roast a whole chicken, this isn't for you. If you want to bake a 12" deep dish pizza, this air fryer is perfect! Ultimately, only you know much countertop (vertical and horizontal) space you have -- I have enough vertical space for this to fold up and away, and I have just enough horizontal space for it to fold down and out -- so if you only have a small footprint, this may not work for you -- better get the tape measurer to be sure. If you're replacing a toaster oven, this rocks -- and then some. What else? Cleaning seems to be a breeze -- which makes me happy, because our old toaster oven was NASTY. This has a crumb tray that actually catches crumbs -- but doesn't require an engineering degree to remove. The pan and fryer basket have cleaned up really well, and I'm sure the wire rack will be just as easy. I really like this Ninja Air Fryer and believe it to be a quiet, quick, quality unit -- especially for the money. I hope you do, too!

I have just started using this toaster oven. It is easy to operate. It is a learning curve to figure out how much time and what temperature and settings( air fry, bake convection etc.). I like the way it cooks. It’s pretty fast. There are some good recipes in the book that comes with it.

Air fryer works great and space saving feature is terrific. My only problem was cleaning the fry basket. I followed all directions and used lots of spray, but food still baked in. I finally just lined the bottom of basket with parchment paper. This solved the problem and food still cooked well.

This is so much better than any air fryers out there. I even was able use the dehydrator that is part of the air fryer oven and it cut the time in half for making our dog treats, I use to use a regular dehydrator. What I did was made the same batch for both machines, the air fryer was faster and kept them in the shape I made wheras the regular dehydrator spread them out and was still going after I took the ones out of air fryer. So I transferred all to the air fryer. We have baked in it, cooked pizza and fries. I recommend this to everyone, it does not take up much space when folded up and it lets you know when to fold after cooking.

This one device is everything!! I used my oven heavily to cook meals but no more! Breakfast, lunch, dinner - doesn't matter. I cook the vast majority of my meals in the Ninja and it usually takes no more than 10 mins! The air fry function makes food as golden and crispy as if it was fried...even without oil on the food! I can't wait to make my own apple chips with the dehydrate feature. I LOVE this thing. It has improved life in the kitchen drastically.

I have a galley kitchen and this was a perfect fit for my counters. I have had the appliance for about two weeks now so am still learning how to use it. So far I am totally happy with my choice for its functionality as well as it's looks. Did not hurt that the price was the best I could find.

This is my first air fryer and I bought it on a recommendation. I can only say it’s OK. I’m glad I got it on sale, because if I paid the full price for it I may not be happy. I like that it does many things and I was able to get rid of a toaster and dehydrator taking up space. I love the tilt idea to save counter space. I’ve enjoyed trying different foods and they’ve all turned out pretty good. Clean up is OK EXCEPT for the fry basket. It’s a royal pain to clean even if I use cooking spray. I’ve resorted to using a toothpick at times! And the roasting pan will warp in the heat and become an uneven surface. So again, all I can say is it’s OK. Probably wouldn’t recommend, but not familiar with other air fryers.

My standard toaster of nearly a decade was finally starting to die. Having already owned a ninja foodi air fryer for several years, I was always expecting greatness when I purchased this toaster oven. As expected, Ninja didn’t disappoint. I bought it primarily for it’s bread toasting functionality which has worked perfectly for my usually frozen thick wheatberry bread. However, I’ve also used the reheat function as a healthier microwave alternative for leftovers which works perfectly (no more uneven temperature spots in my reheated food) and the air fryer function for frozen Chicken bites. Usually, if a I microwave frozen chicken bites, they come out kind of soggy. With this, they come out nice and crispy. Then on top of all else, it folds up when not in use which allows it to remain on the countertop and not be in the way. All in all, I’m pleased with this purchase and would recommend.

While shopping for a new toaster/convection oven I discovered this Ninja Foodi Oven. Not only does it have multiple functions but it's so easy to clean after use. Another great feature is that it's a space saver. This is perfect for my needs. I love it.
