The one thing that is good about this oven is that it has a small footprint when it is folded up. Period. Other than that, it has a bad hot spot in the back left, it isn't tall enough for anything but the shortest cooking dishes, it appears to be not nearly as hot as the thermostat indicates and when it's folded down, the footprint becomes so huge that it's impossible to use any of the little counter space in front of it. As an example, I'm making a breakfast custard. In my old toaster oven and the big oven, 400 degrees for 20 minutes and done. Just passed 28 minutes in this and totally raw. I mean, the egg mix is still liquid within an inch of the edges of the baking dish. What? Take an hour? Or crank it to 475? In fairness, I have not used it for any air frying but I'm not confident, as my other air-assisted dishes were so-so. Hopefully I'm wrong, but... And yes, I know it will hold a 13-inch pizza. But what about the racks and trays that will fit something that will hold a 13-inch pizza? What do you do with them? Inconvenient at best. Big mistake. Although the price was reasonable, a good price on a bad tool is still too much. This is a bad tool at any price. And if you haven't figured it out, I would not recommend this to my worst enemy, let alone a friend.

This is the first air-fryer we have owned and it came highly recommended from a friend that has one. Boy, it did not disappoint. And the icing on the cake is that it stands up so as to not take up much counter space. If you can't tell, I do highly recommend this air-fryer.

Nice toaster oven, toasts bread and bagels leaving nice color and crunch. I like the fact that the fans cools the oven, hopefully helps the appliance’s longevity. Our previous Cuisinart toaster died suddenly with warning, suspect over time it fried the electronics. I also like the lamp that lights up the interior. Relatively intuitive controls but a bit more complicated steps then our previous Cuisinart oven. One thing that would be nice if there was a hook on the door that would pull out the tray to make it easier to remove items from the tray. The air fry is just for items that don’t need oil, like frozen French fries. There is air roast function that requires a pan that allows oil to added. They have suggested oils to use, and prefer that you don’t use olive oil. The instructions are good, recommend which oils to use and not use. Has a small cookbook included Overall I am pleased with this appliance

Looks great - so versatile!

We were dissatisfied with the oven. We tried it for 2 weeks, but things just didn’t cook properly. The cooking basket was too close to the top heating elements and if cooking French fries some would burn and others would be under done. Tried to cook a frozen pizza but the top was almost burnt, but the crust was not properly done. This was not our first air fryer, but we couldn’t quite get it to work for us. We returned for a full refund without any problems.

This is the best air fryer/toaster oven. Beats having two appliances on the counter. And being able to store it upright makes it even better.

Disappointed in the Dehydrator function but everything else I've tried was fine. Easy to clean interior. Fry basket needs a copper scrubber for stuck-on foods (cheese/egg). But not sorry I got it.

So far, love it. I haven't tried to toast yet.

Absolutely love it. Does not heat the kitchen up, easy to use and easy to clean.
