The Pre-Heat is so fast I can use it immediately after setting the appropriate settings I need for each meal. I can cook all the ingredients at the same time and so all the menu is served hot, not waiting to get each into a dish and then the vegetables are cold by the time I have the main ingredient and side dishes placed for eating. I simply love the clean up time it also saves me. I am still making and trying every new recipe one can imagine so the menu can now be changed up leaving behind, "oh no, the same old things again?" I can make toast or bagels for the entire family at the same time. Why did I wait so long to purchase this product. Also, I so appreciate the time it takes to prepare and serve and selection is so easy. One of the best investments ever made.

This is thw best purchase we've made for our kitchen this year. We live the variety of cooking functions it offers, the way it cooks food evenly with less 7se of energy, and the fact it tilts up and takes up so much less counter space! I highly recommend this.

I purchased this because of all the cooking options. I have used the reheat, air fry, toast and broil. I'm happy with the results. I really like the flip option when not in use, it frees up counter space. This appliance replaces two of my old appliances, a toaster oven and an indoor grill.

This is my first air fryer and I love it. It heats up almost instantly. For a single person this is great to have a small oven. I used it for a frozen pizza and was busy doing something while it was cooking. When I got back it was cooked perfectly and not burned. I like cooking hard boiled eggs in it. Cooks them in 14 minutes, just put on the rack and set on air fry at 270. I cooked some chicken parmesan and it came out nice and crisp. I also like the fact that it stands up vertically when not in use and I have the most used part of my counter back.

Ninja is compact & folds up giving you more counter space which is great, however when I use it smoke alarm constantly going off due to smoke every time door is opened. The problem due to swallow cooking space of about 2" height directly under heating elements which is a bad design for air frying. Grease from air frying burns quickly since heating elements directly on top of food. Anything you bake, broil or air fry will burn on top quickly. Needs to have more food height clearance inside.

I have not tried all the options yet. I have been satisfied so far with everything except the toaster and I expect the bagel setting will not work either. I use toast the most so this is a big disappointment to me. The bottom of the bread does not toast even when I tried air fry instead of toast. You have to flip the bread to get it toasted nicely.

We really like this combo air fryer oven. All functions work well. We have experimented with different foods and are still working out our own preferences on cooking times & temperatures. The instructions are a good starting point, but may need fine tuning to your own taste.

I never give a 5 star review but this toaster oven is the bomb! I love the 9 different cooking modes. You can toast your bread, bagels; you can air fry your chicken wings, fries; you can bake a pizza and etc...My oven finally gave out on me, so I am using the toaster oven to replace it without heating up my kitchen/house especially in the summer! So, it is suffice to say that I am extremely satisfied with the toaster oven and so far it is working fine, but you never know!

This is an excellent product. The oven works perfectly, the air fryer is great and items like French fries, frozen battered fish/shrimp, eggrolls cook in minutes and come out perfect. Have only used a few times so far, but I love it and to get it on sale was great. It is so nice to be able to cook small amounts without heating up the big oven. Have had no problem cleaning it and it stores conveniently.

This oven/air fryer is great to use and has eliminated the need for a toaster on the counter. When not in use it tips up and creates open counter space - I didn't expect to even care about this feature, but I love it! Heats up fast, and cooks evenly across a large surface. Our prior countertop oven fit only a small pan and didn't toast bread well at all and pizzas were undercooked in the center. This performs great for everything we have used it for.
