Love them

I bought these 2 years ago for my subaru wrx and my car goes so much better now. They are smooth, quiet, great on water. Game changer and worth every penny!

Awesome grip!

Had these tires on my Gen6 Camaro 2SS. Handling was stellar, but they were a little louder than I had hoped. The pricing has jumped considerably though.

Completely shredded - Not worth the price, even unsafe

Had these tires for 20k miles. At about 15k, both front tires had large sections of tread torn off. Good track while they last, but catastrophic failures. Would not let me review tires bought in 2022 - even this this is a part time driven car.

c43 amg

exceeded the performance I expected from an all season tire. I took the chance of leaving run flats and have not been disappointed yet HIGHLY RECOMMEND and am looking forward to upgrading to cup 2's

Great summer performance tire

Very god tires for the street and quite good on the track. They tended to overheat at track days and not quite as good as the Michelin Cup 2 for track duty. Excellent comfort, noise and wet grip.

Sidewall defects

I have about 1,500 miles on these tires that I bought new. However, on one of the tires are two, approximate 1” vertical bulges protruding outward. Is this normal? Great looking/handling tires, other than the defects.

Scott, I can see how frustrating this would be. We'd like to get a retailer's inspection of the tire to see what's going on. Please have your retailer contact us at 866-866-6605 while you are there so that we can proceed.

Beware.

I have had to buy 3 of these tires during the first year of ownership of my brand new car. They are expensive and nails, pot holes, bumps, etc, pop them very easy and they wear pretty quick from normal driving. I don't go to the track.

Ddubs101, we are sorry to hear of your bad luck with road hazard injuries to your tires. We would gladly speak to your retailer regarding the condition of your tires, however damages such as nails, impact, etc. are not conditions we can control.

NOT the greatest "All Season" tire

Good for summer/wet weather, but you should NOT use these in the extreme cold winter months we see in the Midwest. The rubber compound in these tires will harden and, potentially, crack.

bob27, Michelin Ultra High Performance Sport Summer tires use tread compounds that are optimized for maximum dry and damp grip in temperate conditions. As the temperature of the compound nears freezing, the grip level of the tire begins to degrade. Michelin does not recommend using UHP Sport Summer tires when temperatures drop below 40 degrees F or on snow and ice. At temperatures below 20 degrees F, Michelin UHP Sport Summer tires may develop surface cracks in the upper sidewall and tread area if flexed. Do not use, roll or drop Michelin UHP Sport Summer tires with temperatures below 20 degrees F. If tires have been cooled to 20 degrees F or less, let them warm up in a heated space to at least 40 degrees F before being installed or moving a vehicle on which they are installed. Do not apply heat or blow heated air directly on the tires. Always inspect tires before use. Never use a tire with freeze cracks, breaks or damage to the sidewall or tread. If in any doubt, please consult your local Michelin contact or call Michelin Consumer Care at 866-866-6605.

Indifference. Don't know what to make of it.

These were the original tires that came with my Mercedes GLE53 AMG Coupe. I have about 15000 miles on them but I'm see the following issues in the sidewall of the front tires. Not sure if it's wear issue or something else...

Meeting Expecttions

Like all Michelin tires that I have purchased, they meet expectations. Sport Pilot AT 4S Installed on my 2012 Honda Accord they are quiet and drive true. On the Honda I don't require the performance I demand from Sport Pilots Michelins on Carrara.
