air purifier does not work

Poor packaging, made of poor plastic, not worth the price.

My husband and I both have allergies. This unit has made a drastic difference. Air in our house smells cleaner. I would definitely recommend.

I am extremely happy with my purchase, so far. However, I had a "red" light come on that stated I should clean metal grate. I have cleaned the whole machine and cannot get the light to reset. Any assistance is appreciated!

Noticeable difference in air quality within days. It has helped reduce everyone's airborne allergy issues...at least indoors. The machine is a quality build and functions well as expected. Highly recommend this product.

Unit has developed an annoying squeak while it’s running and it’s just been cleaned. Sounds like it is a bearing or the fan-not sure. if it continues I may have to return or exchange

I bought this unit to replace the 9000. We put the 9000 in the master bedroom. The new unit is working very well for the rest of the house. We have never had any problems with the older unit.

I still own 2 of the previous versions (Newport 9000) and they are still functioning perfectly after 4 years. Hopefully, this newer version will last equally as long. It operates as expected and is super easy to set up & run. Make certain that you follow the initialization process and it works GREAT in the "auto" mode - increasing fan speed to address odors, smoke, etc., and then reverting back to low/quiet mode.

This air purifier works great. The extra filter included is a real bonus. I have a large room consisting of a kitchen, dining area, and living room. It works great for this large area. Even on high, it is not that loud. I did a lot of research comparing units and I am very satisfied in all aspects with this product.
