Organic Bananas, 3 lbs.

I asked for two bunches of bananas, not just two!

Every banana had a slit at the top.  Almost like someone sliced each one.

They take too long to ripen, so they dont last long.  I like the non organic bananas better.

I'm happy to have a  bunch of fresh organic banana and love to eat for my healthy.

Old and I thought I would get a bundle, I didn’t pay attention to the price. Smh

Walmart must be vigilant and check where these bananas are stored. Or upon receiving them from trucks. My bunch came with a cockroach. Not just any cockroach. A blonde just molted cockroach which is a clear sign of serious infestation. I hope Walmart will check the warehouse.

kitchen counter. I grabbed them while they were still mostly green, wrapped the stems in plastic, and they ripened slow and steady instead of all at once. 

What I loved:
• Clean taste — no weird aftertaste, just pure banana flavor • Firm texture — even when fully yellow, they weren't mushy  • No premature browning — the stem wrap   organic quality kept them fresh almost a full week • Great for smoothies and snacks — not too starchy when green, not too sweet when ripe 
What to know:
• Organic ones tend to be a little smaller than conventional, but the flavor makes up for it • Price is higher, but I waste fewer because they last longer

If you're tired of bananas going from green to brown overnight, buy them organic and wrap those stems. Works like a charm
