Best bananas to get great taste

I absolutely love these bananas when I get them they tend to be a little green which I like and it only takes a day or so for them to ripen and I cut them up put them in a bowl with two tablespoons of strained 2% Greek yogurt and I have that for breakfast and at night for dessert I have my two bananas a day for the potassium they're absolutely wonderful they're very tasty I don't get them bruised like the one officer says that he was already speckled they're worth the money

Disappointed

The bananas have several black sections where they are ready to go bad. I feel like the shipper looked for the oldest bananas of the bunch. I am so disappointed. Usually they are good to last me a week. This probably won’t make it another day or two.

Bananas were terrible!

These bananas were mostly green when I got them so it took several days to turn yellow. However, while they were still slightly green they became so spotted. But the worst part was that the bananas tasted like there were no banana flavor. The texture was incredibly dense and unpleasant to eat. We threw at least 4 of them away.

Bananas

They're bananas. I'm not sure what the deal is with all the one star reviews. They're bananas. To the person who gave one star bc her banana was "green and ready to throw away"... Bananas work quite the opposite way around. If you have a green banana, you wait a few days...then you have a yellow banana. So technically, your issue was banana-operator error. You should change your review to at least three stars bc, once again, they're bananas. Nobody one stars bananas. Bananas.

These bananas will be too old by tonight!! Are you kidding me?! When is Walmart going to start training the CSR's that bag the orders??? I would have lost my job a long time ago 30-40 years ago if I did work like they do today. And the bananas are big enough to choke a horse for Pete's sake. Horrible and a waste of $1.77. Not a lot to you?...it is to me when things like this keep happening and I am on a very low income. Thanks!

I am tired of Walmart grocery

They taste great! But don’t get them on pick up or delivery. Apparently, if they’re out of organic bananas, and you say you don’t wanna substitute, they’ll just scan regular bananas like organic ones and charge you twice as much for bananas. I don’t think you should be allowed to bring something up unless you have the item in front of you. Also, half the time they’re crushed when they arrive.

Bad Quality Bananas. Had A Very Bad Taste, Too.

I but organic whenever possible. I ordered organic bananas and received a brand called "Fyffes" from Nicaragua, and they got spots and turned over-ripe overnight. They tasted funny, too. Tasted really dry and "empty" of taste, like moist chalk might taste or something like that. I was charged for organic bananas and got bananas that seemed to have come from a resource center.

Sometimes too Green

Sometimes they’re so green they can’t be eaten for days or rot instead of ripening. I always try and text my delivery person to get slightly green, not all green, but it’s hit or miss on if the completely understand. BUT, when they’re good, they’re great!!

"Natural Packaging" (vs. Organic labelling??)

..Not clearly labelled as "organic" as they had been in the past (could have been the employee picking wrong items?) - and incredibly damaged in store handling. One label stated "Natural Packaging" but we do not usually pay extra for organic in the office so that could be new norm..? ((no funky/chemical smell, so possibly organic, but not pleased overall )) PICK your own and you may be pleased. Two of ours were squashed and immediately tossed - at least a third more of each Bunch with very deep bruising likely to be tossed in a day - - Bad results for 4-bunch(12lb) purchase. OTHERWISE, mostly found taste/texture is good if you pick through -and lack of chemical smell big plus (..hope they are actually organic!?)

Disappointed in the lack of common sense.

I ordered four bushes of bananas because that’s how they come wrapped and they’re sold by weight in lbs. Not, 4 bananas. The lack of common sense in the workers picking out the items is seriously starting to get on my nerves, every time I order produce. Sometimes I get it correct and other times things like this happens. Train your employees properly!
