This was the grossest thing I've ever tasted. It was so hard. It was like one and half like half solidified chalk it smelt like cement mixture, and I tried to squeeze it with my right hand the hard as I can, and it wouldn't even squeeze through I broke it in half and it was like breaking a thick piece of chalk and it tasted even worse. It didn't. It wasn't even sweet. It tasted like nothing. This this can't be real true at all. This is absolutely not real. I want a refund?

I have a banana every morning to keep up my potassium. At 73 I  have my blood taken every 6 months and found if I don’t eat them my level drops. 
The only issue with bananas and other fruits is when they over ripen turning yellow to brown spots then there is more sugar in them. Not good. Best to eat them at that early stage between green to yellow.
