Delivery drama

Why all the drama! We got a message saying that the flowers were delayed and would not be delivered. Several calls and assurances and they did arrive. Last year they didn't get dropped off because signature was required. Even though we were home all day. No knock or door bell. Delayed by one day unnecessarily.

The roses arrived on schedule, in secure packaging. They were a shade darker than the picture online and we loved them. They were very beautiful and lasted approximately 7-10 days before wilting. I'll definitely purchase them again.

Fresh, Beautiful and on-time

Ordered these roses, 75 count, in November for my daughters wedding. They arrived on the Wednesday before, as requested, and were fresh and beautiful. I panicked briefly when the Sam's Club tracking info indicated delivery for Friday. After calling customer service, and checking on the FedEx site, the flowers were indeed arriving on time. Sam's Club service was very responsive! The flowers are a lovely shade a ivory and complimented the other somewhat smaller Sam's Club Members Mark roses that I also ordered (they were more of a yellow tint in comparison to these). We clipped them immediately and got them in water before assembling table centerpieces and bouquets. After we built the bouquets etc. we sprayed them with Crowning Glory to ensure the petal held their moisture. There was no wilting by Saturday (even without the Crowning Glory), and flowers looked good for at least a week afterwards. Very happy with our choice to go with Sam's Club flowers.
