I should have read the label before purchase. Pure sugar. Doesn't taste anything like the fruit. I had to throw them out. Couldn't stand the taste.

Have been drinking Jumex for years, this is a really great product. I cycle long distances and use this as a base for my pre-workout supplements as well as my post ride protein shake. When taken with other nutritional items (proteins and fats) it provides a great source of energy to keep you going!
