These are 25% juice and very tasty. I do recommend you chill them properly first and shake well or pour into a glass to make sure the contents are fully mixed. I drink a lot of water but now and then you want a treat. These are great, much better than soda in my opinion. Calorie-wise they may be the same as soda and they do have high fructose corn syrup, but the ingredients are much simpler and healthier. They make great mixers too. The guava is amazing.
