Works great to dehydrate strips for the K9

This thin sliced chicken breast was clean and easy to cook up when you need to make a quick meal. You get about 7 thin slices that was enough for 3 people per single pack.

I hate having to pound chicken when thin slices are recommended in a recipe. These are ready to go and worth being a little more expensive than chicken breasts.

Perdue thin-sliced boneless/skinless chicken breast is exactly what I use now to make my chicken cutlets. Fresh and perfectly thin cutlets but I found the texture a little tough and didn't have much flavor. Although very thin, the cutlets are very large and seemed to be a large quantity per pouch. I breaded and pan fried them for a big batch traditional Italian style cheken cutlet parmigana which turned out well but for grilling or more creative recipes, the thick breast works better. Would be super convenient for quick cooking and for those who don't care for cleaning and trimming raw chicken.
