Perdue thin-sliced boneless/skinless chicken breast is exactly what I use now to make my chicken cutlets. I always used regular chicken breasts and it was a royal pain to clean off the extra fat and gristle then try slicing them thin. Fresh and perfectly thin cutlets but I found the texture a little tough and didn't have much flavor. Although very thin, the cutlets are very large and seemed to be a large quantity per pouch. I breaded and pan fried them for a big batch traditional Italian style cheken cutlet parmigana which turned out well but for grilling or more creative recipes, the thick breast works better. Would be super convenient for quick cooking and for those who don't care for cleaning and trimming raw chicken.
