Fully cooked but we seared them on the grill. Very good taste, a snap when you bite into them. Yes they are spicy so if you can't handle a little heat go buy bratwurst otherwise use your grill for optimum flavor

They changed the casing to a more softer, easy to bite but they also changed the recipe. Very bland, no flavor & definitely no jalapeno taste. Very disappointed , had to find a new supply for our kolaches.

I was purchasing the beef version of this product (which was delicious!) before it was switched to pork. The flavor is lacking - very disappointing alternative. Bring back the beef!

I bought this for my husband and he ended up liking it. So I gave it a try and it was good. The cheese melts great. However, it may be a little bit on the salty side. Just a tad. At least for me. But I would still recommend to give it a try.

Not really a fan of these. The beef version was better. The cheese tastes kind of generic in these. They taste ok on the grill. Bring back the beef flavor

Bought these after buying the Kiolbassa brand. These are markedly worse and somehow more expensive. The fine grind makes the sausage have no real chew to it. There is far too much cheese. The switch from the Kiolbassa pork and beef mix is quite noticeable in a bad way. Tldr; More expensive and lower quality than Kiolbassa 4/10, will not buy again.

Absolutely delicious! Can't wait to serve these for 4th of July.

This sausage has a great flavor - a little spicy hot but delicious. Great product for a good price.
