24oz Diet Pepsi -  Why none in Indianapolis anymore? Says there some in Terra Haute but not not in Indy.... For a long long time what gives?

Is the Diet Pepsi 24 fl. oz. being replaced with 16 fl. oz.?  This is going to irritate me more than you can imagine.  Is this the case?

We buy our Diet Pepsi at Sam's because it's the only place we can find it in 24 oz bottles. The only complaint we have is there at least 24 bottles in every case that are flat when we get it. Not worth hanging on to to try to return. Also, the packaging is really hard to lift sometimes it tears very easy.
As far as the water goes, have no complaints except for we had a pickup order and they were out of the water so they shipped 3 cases instead, each in its own sams club carton.  The driver left it at the end of the sidewalk instead of bringing it to our porch. Not happy about that at all. We didn't ask for it to be shipped But since it was, it should have been delivered on the porch
