[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Frame looks and feels kinda flimsy and week, when I first received the shipment for the frame I thought I was missing parts to this frame. Overall it was easy to assemble but when I was placing it together it look kinda weak structurally. The controls over all are quite simple use without any referencing back to the manual. If I would chose this type of a frame again, I would probably purchase one of the original manufacture's higher end bed frames

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This is something that I didn't even know I needed. Set up was easy enough. I expected harder but it also wasn't a piece of cake, but it is worth it. It was always hard to get comfortable watching movies or reading in bed. Pillows can only do so much and they tend to go flat easily. This is also great to have if you are feeling under the weather. Laying flat in the bed can be hurtful to your back if you are doing it all day so this helps on your off days.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This totally changed the way we sleep, the remote makes it so easy to adjust whether you want to be lying down or upright, can also move leg position which I found so wonderful due to my legs always being sore. This works so smoothly and is made with such great quality, definitely need two people setting up! Totally recommend for anyone looking for an adjustable frame!!!

I purchased this item and it came in a ziploc.

The adjustable base is great. Really great deal. Very quiet motor and easy to install. Recommend to anyone who is looking for an high quality adjustable bed frame for a reasonable price.

Love the adjustable base and works well. No issues with assembly. Trying to locate the headboard brackets. The website should have an accessory category to purchase!

The assembly seemed like it was going to be a breeze until we got to the last long bolt. Took over an hour to get the hole to line up and allow the bolt to pass through. Freaking exhausting. We also had to sync the remote with the base which was an extra 15 minutes before it finally synced. I would give it 4 stars since the shipping department was so great after the carrier lost my first order and they sent this replacement in 3 days. However, the weld could be a real issue if I didn't have help.. So far no issue with the base itself on day 1. I hope it stays that way.
