The bed itself was great no complaints so far! However my kid lost the remote and I haven't been able to get a response from support on alternative methods or the proper replacement.

Very nice once it's put together. It didn't come with instructions so could have used those

Fairly easy yo put together... but needed two people because the frame was over 100 pounds.

The order came before due date,by a week,box was all beat up,but contents were in good shape .

Though rather heavy, it was not hard to assemble. It's SO comfortable. What a great purchase!
