Hurt my back soooo bad. Slept on bed for a total of two weeks and i woke up in severe back pain every morning.

Softer than expected. Waited for more than a week hoping it would expand to promised height of 12 inches. It never bulged more than 10 inches. Falsely advertised. Overall, it is average!

This mattress is ok for some I'm sure but as done nothing but hurt my back, hips and neck. I really wish I could return but this is what happens in the time we live in now where you shop online & can not try out the product first.

After 72 hours it’s still hadn’t inflated completely the quality of sleep value was excellent and it did not have a bad odor at all like some foam mattresses do.

After a week the foam is still uneven. Half the bed is 2” shorter and never fully took form. Having a really hard time retuning it. Called sams 3 times and now telling me to take to store.

The mattress arrived well packed. Out of the box it only took a few hours to fully fluff up to it’s full height. I also bought the Night Therapy Sonoma Platform Bed to go with it. So no need for a box spring. It was a perfect fit. My son slept on it for the first time lastnight. He said it was very comfortable and even slept through his alarm this morning.

Just received this mattress about a week ago and it has failed to decompress. I contacted Sam's Club and they are in the process of issuing a refund and am waiting to find out how to return it as I am unable to rebox it. I ordered pretty much the same mattress several years ago and loved it.

We received this mattress promptly. The box was not super heavy. I put it on a sheet and pulled the box down the hall to the bedroom. We put the box on the bed and cut the box and rolled the mattress out. The mattress comes out of the box folded in half. The mattress was unwrapped and on the bed by 1:00 and it was filled out completely by bedtime and actually fit our sleigh bed better than the pillow top mattress that we used previously. There was no odor. We sleep on a Tempur-pedic king size that is several years old. This queen size mattress was a little firmer than our Tempur-pedic. It sleeps pretty good.. For the price it is a great alternative to a Tempur-pedic.

We found it to give us a restful sleep. We put ours into our camping trailer in replacement of a simple two inch foam mattress; where we used to find it difficult to rest due to feeling the board underneath, we found great rest for several nights of camping!

Your body sinks into it but it’s pretty stiff. Once you’re sunk in it’s not easy to shift around. You kind of have to lift your body up and stay in the same spot as you reposition because to scoot over or roll you just feel like you’re falling back into the spot you were just sunk into to. I’d say it doesn’t support the heavier portions of your body very well and you end up with pressure in lighter areas, like the arch of your lower back is forced upward while your bottom and torso sink in.
