Mattress 2019

Mattress is a bit harder than I expected.

reply from Zinus

Hello Sue, if your mattress has not fully expanded, this may be the reason why your mattress feels firmer than expected. If it seems to not have reached 11.5 - 12" inches please reach out to Sam's club for further assistance. Thank you for your review.
