Our whole house generator failed during a recent week long power outage. I was able to purchase the 8000E and it got us through 3 days without freezing to death or losing our refrigerated food. Very nice generator with great features.

Electric start is a fantastic feature, generator started right away and I love all the features and how all the receptacles are covered. Very simple to put together and it only took me maybe 1 hour in total. I would recommend this product to anyone.

Fired it up after installing wheel kit and handle then put it right to use. Ran everything I needed with trouble. Turned on everything but the ac and was impressed next time will try ac as well

Ran under load for first time today. It ran like a Rolls Royce and I only had part of my system turned on. I am confident it will handle all the load we need it to handle for our 2600 sq. ft. No worries about utility power failure anymore.

Easy to assemble and easy to operate...obvious that Generac took the time to develop a product easy for the homeowner to use....lve the electric start.

Generator was delivered within a short time after ordering. Put the wheels and foot assembly on. Connected the battery cables, added the oil, filled with gas. The unit started right up. Connected it to my house and it ran very well. Nice product.

The unit is compact in size to allow for ease of transport to other functions leaving space for more items. It is a replacement for another brand and the quiet run muffler will be an advantage for home backup power.

i upgraded my generator from a 20 amp 5000 watt unit to this Generac 30 amp 7500 watt unit and now can power everything in my home. good features like electric start and battery charger

We have been without power four times in the last year. Finally got fed up and ordered this generator. Easy setup and very good directions. Will fire it up today and do a test run.
