My 1st one died on me within 200hrs. I had it repaired through the warranty. It lasted for 1400hrs and died completely. The second one died at 115hr...this time the stepping motor. Not a generator to rely on.

I recently purchased this generator for back up. It was easy to assemble. It started up on the third pull right out of the box. i have only needed it once, but it fired right up on the first pull, very happy with it.

This generator was recommended for my house as a relatively inexpensive generator for needs in house, including well water pump and sump pump. It was recommended by my electrician.

took 15 min. to assemble and start running. used in store rebate offer to purchase manual transfer switch. still waiting for electrical contractor to install. noise level higher than expected. unit starts every time.

As before with other Generac units I used in the past. This is a great unit for the home owner for "e" back up. With the electric start even the wife can connect and get service back, Would highly recommend it.

Really like the push button start. Took it out of the box, put oil and gas in it and it started with first touch of the button. Comes with a charger for the battery needed for push button start.

Would be great if you would let people know how much oil to add when new & what is the spark plug type/number so we could buy some extras. Simple things you could print somewhere.....

Recently purchased to use for the anticipated ice storm that did not come. Overall seems to be of great quality and very user friendly. Will update review after using.

Purchased unit for service truck. Strong quality construction. Truly like the fact that Generac rates there units for continuous running watts, not just peak as others do. Great purchase price and ease of assembly.
