I am very dissatisfied with your process of delivery. I pay additional per year to have free delivery. I was charged for delivery because the manufacturer stopped the agreement with Sam’s . So now I’m penalized even though I pay yearly for it to be free. That is sorry business practice on Sam’s part

I LOVE my Monster Ultra's! I actually drink them throughout my whole day. They keep my energy level going . I especially like the new Ultra violet. P.S. I sure hope Sam's will continue to carry Monster.

I love the Monster Ultra drinks since they are low carb and low calorie. This is a fun new flavor and I will definitely buy it again.

I have ordered 3 cases of Monsters many times before, all with great results - each case packaged correctly to minimize damage. This time 2 of the 3 cases were shoe horned into too small a box together denting multiple cans, breaking the plastic and cardboard frames. Not to mention that the box was so heavy we had trouble getting it in the house. The last case was also shoved into a box too small with the same result of the larger box - cans dented and case packaging compromised so much so that cans had to be removed individually from the box. Seems like the packaging and shipping department was in a hurry and didn’t care that the cases were too large for the boxes.

I order this product weekly because it's cheaper here than most places but 9 times out of 10, there's issues with the order. When the box is delivered, the box is usually mangled and wet or you can tell it was wet but dried over time. If the box was packaged better, I'm sure we wouldn't have any issues, or at least not as often. A smaller box could used or it could be packed with more air bags to protect it. About a year ago, we started getting charged with shipping, (it had always been free before since we were plus members) it has gotten much worse since then. I've enquired of why it was changed as well as to let them know the box was damaged and how many cans were damaged/empty but have gotten 1 reply within the last 10 months. Good luck if you order any kind of product that can be damaged to the point of the can(s) busting open. and the box

The product is great but I’ve had this shipped to my house about 5 times now and every time the cans are dented one time they must of threw them or something and a few cans were popped and opened during shipping wish you would carting in the store then I wouldn’t have to order it. Plus after there destroyed in shipping they really end up being as expensive as the gas stations that I get it at

We purchased these here because they were cheaper, but we needed to wasting time and money in the clean up from broken cans and all over 1/2 are all dented up. It was literally like they counted 24 and threw them in to a sack. Nothing to hold them tight together.

This was a great deal when shipping was free as part of the Plus membership. Now Sam's Club is trying to pad thier bottom line by charging 25% in shipping. It was free to ship as recently as late October. Probably done buying it, despite buying a case every month or so for two years.

I've been ordering these every month for over a year, and now even though I'm a Plus member, I have to pay $9 to have them shipped?!? Why even have a Plus membership? It seems like literally everything I usually order is a separate shipping fee. I'd vaguely understand if I had to hit the $50 mark for free shipping on larger or heavy items, but this is ridiculous.

Love these however, they were flat
