I bought this mattress a few weeks ago and I don't regret it one bit. My husband and I had desperately been needing a new mattress, but we just couldn't find a way to work it into our budget. This was perfect in price and exactly the type of mattress we were wanting. It is slightly firm, but in all the right ways. My husband snores and sleeps on his back and this mattress has enabled him to sleep in other ways leaving it quiet through the night. I sleep on my side and have back problems this mattress has relieved the trouble of getting out of bed in the morning. My husband hated the smell, but I find it soothing and not overpowering. Set up was a breeze. Came in a few days. I'm about 5'3, 170lbs, and I was able to lift and set up by myself. The mattress unfolded right before my eyes. I waited about 6 hours to put sheets on. We slept on it the same night and every night since. No problems. No dents or collapsing. I don't normally do reviews, but if you're in a bind for a mattress and don't have a good chunk of change to put down, this is the way to go.

First it felt weird, compared with the previous one, no spring effect and kind of hard. Then we realized it adopted our shape. Bottom line the sleeping quality have improved a lot.

I was surprised how comfortable this mattress was! It came in a vacuum sealed bag and needed to rest 24-48 hours before being ready for use, but it was worth the wait. I prefer a pillow top mattress, but found the foam to be a better alternative. It conforms to my body and I don’t wake feeling stiff or achy.

We desperately needed a new mattress and this one came highly recommended. I’ve never purchased a mattress from a big box store so I had low expectations. Well I was wrong. This is one of the most comfortable and price friendly mattresses. I could even move it myself!

it’s been a great bed so far. very comfortable. the downsides are that it never fully rose around the edges. there is about a two to three inch ring around the mattress that is lower than the center of the bed. I also noticed it seemed to lose quite a bit of firmness after just a few weeks.

Sam’s is a really professional company. I have had experience with this type of mattress without a problem. I feel confident Sam’s will and has been assisting me in this matter. Sam’s was my go to for my business purchases for over thirty years.

Purchased this bed for guest room. After one week the bed never fully expanded and the corners were rounded. Called Sam’s for an exchange. A week later the new bed, unwrapped it and waited for a few days and guess what? The 2nd was worse than the first. The good news is Sam’s was great about scheduling the 1st return, hopefully they’ll be as good with the 2nd. Don’t buy!!! What’s the odds of us receiving 2 bad mattress’s?

I ordered my Zinus online from Sam’s Club. My mattress came frozen and has yet to reach a full 12” after two weeks. It is a heavy mattress and would’ve impossible to send back or return to a Sam’s Club. Hoping it will slowly expand to a full 12”. We have purchased three of these mattresses over the years but first one from Sam’s

Did not expand pass 5 inches and it was supposed to be 12. I let it sit for 5 days.

We bought 2. Neither expanded correctly. Had to replace both.
