2014 Charger that came with Pilot MXM4’s which are excellent. Decided to go with a long lasting tire since she has surpassed 120k. The defender has a bit more cushion than the MXM4 and the Pilot Sports I’ve also had. Great highway ride and strong handling attributes even compared with the sportier tire.

I have been a faithfull customer of Michelin tires since i can remenber. my dad always told me that they were the best for yor money and he was right. i just recently bought my second set of 4 Michelin LTX M/S tires for my truck. Now my wife likes them too, that she will not have me purchase any other brand. good job michelin. keep it up

I have been employed by Ford dealer for many years and have experience with many different tire brands. Michelin tires have always been the best built tires in my experience.The initial quality is very consistent.Today I installed 4 MICHELIN® Defender® LTX® M/S 245/65R17 tires on my 2008 Ford Explorer. I used Hunter GSP9700 balancer. All tires had Road Force Measurement less than 11 lbs. By moving tires on the rim, I managed to drop Road Force Measurements to 2 lbs,9 lbs, 4 lbs and 8 lbs and matched front tires to 0 lbs Net Pull. And this is pretty heavy truck tire. The Road Force limit for P-metric and Euro-metric tires is 26 lbs.

Superior difference in handling when on the road and at high speeds. Very smooth and better handling than the replaced Michelin tires that came from the factory. They look good and a bit more aggressive. So far very pleased with the tires and extremely happy with Discount Tires in Sioux Falls, SD. I am running a set of LTX M/S 2 now on my 2003 Suburban after having achieved 85,000 miles with a set of LTX M/S tires that were one size larger than the tires that came as orignal equipment. This was to help with trailering a 20 ft travel trailer. Ride was harder with the large size LTX M/S. Now with LTS M/S2 of teh same large size ride is smoother than before. I expect to get well over 100,000 miles with these tires. I will not buy any other auto or light truck tire besides Michelin.

Replaced stock tires on 2008 Z71 with LTX-m/s and they are so quiet and ride so good it is like a new truck. Still checking gas mileage as it may have dropped a little. Also put a set of michelin tires on wifes 2010 Maxima and the ride is like a new car.

This tire is installed today to replace the stock one. When I drove my car back home, I've got a new feeling, just like I was driving a new car. The new tire made the car feel more comfortable, like sitting on a firm-but-soft spring, very good! I am ready for the winter season for ski, will provide more updates for the highway and light snow conditions.

I drive about 100 miles a day and I am completely satisfied with these tires. The ride is smooth and quiet. I would recommend these to anyone and I have. We don't get alot of rain in southern california but when we do I feel sfae and insured that these tires will maintain traction and controlability.

Bought a set of these tires in October 2016. I now have over 5000 miles on these tires and I can not say enough good things about them. These tires give a great sense of stability on wet or dry roads. The tires are very quiet on all of the road surfaces that I have encountered here in Texas. These tires were a great buy for my Jeep Grand Cherokee!
