Definitely Impressed

I know little about cars but these tires lasted me thru the last four years... I have lived in two countries with these tires and driven just over 56,000 miles without the need to get new tires. With hitting 60,000 miles soon, I am looking to get new tires and definitely considering the same Premium 245’s.

Great ride but POOR tread life!

These tires came factory installed on my 2020 Buic Envision. I just purchased the car as it was a lease. After the full inspection of the car at the dealer, the ONLY thing that they found was the the car need new tires. At only 32K miles this is almost HALF of the TREAD WARRANTY (60,000 miles).

No bad

I have these tires on my Mercedes GLE Amg 43... they are great tires for all driving conditions... However they last about 25-30k miles. I don’t mind replacing tires anyway and never run them down before I replace them. If you are expecting more then 25-35k miles don’t buy them!

Only 35,000 miles of tread life.

These tires came with a new 2019 Chevy Blazer Premier AWD vehicle purchased just over 3 years ago. The tires have performed well with one important exception - tread life. Despite their rating of 60,000 miles, they have lasted only 35,000 miles. They need to be replaced in a month or two before winter. Of course, the Micheline warranty specifically excludes original factory tires.

Poor Treadwear

My 2012 SRX is on its 4th set of Michelin’s. The first 3 sets of Latitude Tour HP lasted about 21000/22000 miles per set. Not good with a 55K warranty. My current set of Premier LTX has 16500 miles on it. I’m down to 2/32 maybe less than 3/32 on a couple. I’ll be lucky to get 17K on this set. These were the recommended replacement tires for the Premier LTX which were no longer in production. Right now my car has 80k on it. I had my front brakes replaced at 75K for the first time. Rear brakes are still original. You can see I’m not hard on brakes or tires. Mostly all highway driving. I always have purchased Michelin. I have friends who say Michelin is a good tire brand. I need another set of tires. What are my options.

Confidence Builder

The first thing I noticed was that this tire was quieter than my MXV4s that I had replaced. When I went on the highway my SUV tracked better and it felt very stable. So much so that I found myself over steering. Especially in construction zones where the lanes narrowed and you had to hold your lane through rough pavement the tires excelled. I have become very confident in the secure feeling these tires give. I have gotten over 60K miles with my previous MXV4s and hope these tires will give me the same.

28,600 miles and tires are worn out!!!

Don't buy, these tires they came on my brand new Cadillac XT5 and are worn out after only 26,600 miles but rated at 60,000. Rotated at every oil change serviced only at Cadillac. Looking at Goodyear and Firestone now, Michelin Premier LTX are not worth it and will only disappoint you...

Do not last

We bought these tires from the dealer due to the great feedback and recommendation that they gave. The issue starts around 20/25k miles when the ford service department says we need to start planning to buy new tires. Now as we near 28k miles, we realize these tires really are wearing down fast and non-uniformly. I'm not impressed in the least for a tire said to have a 60k mile warranty, and from reading others reviews it seems I am not the only one with this issue...

Perform well, wear out way too fast

These came stock on my 2021 Jeep Grand Cherokee. Car is less than 2 years old, tires have 30,000 miles. Tread is completely worn out. With a tread rating of 620 these tires should have lasted much longer. Went in for tire rotation today at jeep dealer and they said they won’t rotate and tires need to be replaced that they are too worn out. I’ve used other brands on other cars with a lower tread rating that have lasted longer. Very disappointed. Would not recommend or buy again. Came stock so had no choice but definitely looking for a different tire to replace now.

Balance Issues

I like the tire. I have not experienced any road noise issues in the 5000 miles I have put on them. My 2011 Durango R/T is a completely different animal in the winter now! I can actually turn a corner instead of slide though it. (the OEM Kumo tires were slippery buggers) Now that said, I have had the tires re-balanced three times since put on, by three different shops, and no one has been able to get the Vibration out of both the steering wheel, and my hind end driving anything over 60 MPH.
