Tires did not last!

I bought two sets of these tires from my dealer. What a mistake! They didn't last even close to the 60K mile warranty. The first set only lasted 35K miles. My dealer gave me a prorated cost for the second set, but those lasted 40K miles. Extremely disappointing!

Satisfied customer

I have a 2015 Toyota Highlander XLE FWD, originally equipped w/ Michelin Latitude Tour 245/60R18. Had ~47K miles when one tire had to be repeatedly inflated. Yep, you guessed it; it had a nail in the sidewall (irrepairable). Bought 2 Premier LTX, same size, put on rear. Just one day into use, only on dry surface, I'm very happy. The car (tires) seems to be "sure-footed" (grips the road better than the Latitude Tour) & is quiet-riding. It's too early to brag about anything else; but, I'm happy that the salesman @ Discount Tire recommended them. When I replace the other two tires, the Premier LTX will be my first choice.

Great tires for my 2015 350ml Mercedes-benz 4 matic

The tires that came with my vehicle were Dunlap AS all weather tires , they lasted for 28000 miles. Had to replace them so I asked my dealer if he had a better tire. He suggested the michelin Premier LTX . What a difference so far, although I got four wheel alignment etc. when I purchased the tires, my car rides smoother and handles excellently in the rain. I don't have a lot of miles on them as yet since I just purchased them 2 weeks ago, but my suv handles so much better . A quieter, comfortable, and safer feeling when I am driving. I would recommend these tires.

Poor treadwear life expectancy

I have a 2018 GMC Acadia with the Premier LTX tires. I was told by my dealer that I will need new tires soon as they are worn to 4/32". I only have 42000km on them, 5 months of the year I have snowtires on. I drive very conservatively, and not far or hard. Very poor life expectancy on these Michelins.

Terrible treadwear

I bought 4 of these tires barely two years ago in July of 2018. Three months ago I was told they will not pass inspection because of low tire tread on ALL 4 tires. My receipt shows I was at 88k miles when they put the tires on and I was only at 115k miles when the dealership where I bought these said they were bad. So the tread did not last past 27k and I'm driving my 3 kids around in worn out tires. Not safe. My inspection is due this month and now I have to replace all four tires to pass. Aweful.

Disappointed..Only got 35000 miles out of them!

Put these tires on in February 2015, was told they were a great tire, warranted for 60,000 Miles. When at the shop for routine service I was told I needed to replace the tires sooner than later.. Disappointing!! I will say however they were a quiet and smooth riding tire.

Life of tires poor

Purchased 4 of these tires on 5-12-16 for our 2012 Acura MDX. Today 8-19-17 (a little over 15 months and 22k miles driven) we were told tread is worn down to a level that should anticipate needing to replace in next few months. Extremely dissatisfied with life of these tires.

Terrible for cornering

Had these tires on my 2013 Santa Fe for a month, not only were they noisy but they were terrible for cornering. I live in the interior of British Columbia and the roads can be very windy with some very sharp hairpin corners. I always felt like I had to over correct so I wouldn't lose control of my vehicle. Changed to the Primacy and wow, what a difference!! Definitely glad I didn't keep the Premier tire!!

Poor tread life

The Premier LTX tires came with my new 2019 Jeep Grand Cherokee. 4 years and 43,000 miles later I’m told I need new tires. I’ve rotated the tires regularly and expected 60,000 miles per warranty. I’ve always liked Michelin tires but will look for another manufacturer after this experience.

Chris2019, the original tires on your 2019 Grand Cherokee have a warranty to cover workmanship and materials, however there is no mileage warranty on original equipment tires. Please give us a call at 866-866-6605 to further discuss.

Poor Treadwear

I just had my 30,000 mile inspection at the dealer where I purchased the vehicle. All service to date on the vehicle & tires has been at the Dealer. I was very disappointed to learn that my tires Michelin Premier LTX (at 30,000 miles) needed to be replaced. My tread depth was down to 1/32 on two of the tires & 2/32 on the other two. I have had many sets of Michelin tires over the years but this seemed much too premature, based on the vehicle miles.
