I have ordered roses before. They were beautiful. Possibly, Sams Club changed suppliers because roses were wrong color as well as approximately 6” length difference between stems. I submitted pictures to document complaint and money was promptly refunded. Disappointing but good customer service for resolution.

The flowers just don’t look good when you get them. I follow all the directions and do what they say. Sometimes they bloom sometimes they won’t most of times it’s roses when I get them I even take the extra mile to cut the roses underwater the stems when you’re putting them in a vase. So I really go the extra mile with it, now if you buy the flowers in their store, it’s a totally different thing. It works fantastic they last they bloom. They smell wonderful, so I won’t be buying an order online anymore the flowers they just never work out one time I got tulips from them, they were completely dead , I bought roses here recently and they were horrible. They were brown on the edges and just wasn’t good so in the future flowers in the store fantastic. I’ve never bought here in Florida and I’ve bought in Ohio and where from in Durant each time.

I bought these for two daughters in different parts of the country. One got a fresh bouquet on time. The other got her delivery a day late and they were wilted and not fresh. I live in Texas but ordered one for Kalamazoo, MI and one for Lacey, WA on different days. Loved the idea and I would probably try this again for the price.

Picture looks beautiful. I ordered a dozen multicolored roses on a Wednesday. Supposed to be delivered on Friday. I followed the tracking and they sat somewhere all weekend and were finally delivered on Monday. The flowers arrived in terrible shape as expected with such a delay. Very disappointing. Sam’s did issue a refund. 1st time ordering flowers at a place other than a Florist. It will be my last.

The bouquet in the picture and the one that was send do not even look like the same bouquet. Also, they omitted our name from the card so they did not know who sent it & had to post on FB inquiring. We paid for the larger bouquet and it appears that they received the smaller less ezpensive bouquet. Very disappointing!!

These flowers were by far the worst I've ever bought. I mistakenly ordered these flowers to be delivered and they arrived in a shipping box. Who knows what type of trauma the flowers experienced during shipping. Ultimately, half of the flowers died after about 3 days and the rest followed a couple of days later.

Flowers come wrapped separately, not arranged as shown in the pictures. You are your own designer. The flowers and greens were delivered fresh and in a timely manner. The vase is clear glass and can be re-used with future purchases of flowers. The requested card that came with the order was incorrectly filled out for a Valentine’s Day gift. Sam’s issued a partial payment gift card for the error. All in all, a good purchase and would buy again the roses stem were approximately 14” long.

The flowers arrived on time, were in good condition and lovely, so would have given 5 stars for that. However, I ordered orange roses (for a Halloween/fall bouquet) and received red roses. For this delivery, the color really did not matter all that much, but had it been for another event (such as a wedding ) I would been quite upset to receive such a wrong color so thus the lower rating as a caution.

I bought these flowers for my mother she loved them everyone that saw them thought they were fake flowers she said they were so beautiful unfortunately I couldn't see them cuz she lives an hour away from me and I couldn't get there but I'm glad that you made her day bright and I can always count on Sam's flowers

These were bullets and not one of them opened. They were beautiful for one day. They were brought in and placed in vase in a timely manner and trimmed properly. My first time ordering roses for a bouquet. Not sure I will order again. Sad because we were considering using sams for my grandsons wedding. Sorry but not the quality I expect from SAMS
