Online ordering was easy! Delivery was easy! Comes with a vase so if you're ordering as a gift for someone this is perfect. Unfortunately, three of the 18 stems were either wilting or partially broken near the bud. Overall, I would order again.

The flowers in the vase were very nice and lasted a long time. Don’t expect a card to ever be included because I’ve ordered several times, NOT Once was the card included!

These flowers were not the correct color nor did they come with any greenery as pictured. I was very disappointed as I have order flowers from Sam’s Club before and wasn’t disappointed. This time I was extremely unsatisfied with this order.

Tried to give zero stars, but the app wouldn’t allow it...Sent these to my mother for her birthday, and they looked completely awful. They were not the bright pink pictured, and they were all brown and withered. There was also almost no filler. I am so disappointed and embarrassed that this was what I sent her.

Waste of money. Bought bicolor and rainbow for daughters both were almost completely wilted and rainbow set only had 11 roses. Trimmed, watered and arranged..left under floral light and next day they were all wilted. We were so disappointed and will NEVER try it again.

I thought I was ordering a bouquet of arranged flowers that would be delivered table ready for an upcoming event. (Why else would you buy flowers from the florist?) But what was delivered was a box of flowers and filler that still had to be arranged after delivery. Filler is only big ugly leaves and no baby’s breath. Also the vase is too small for the arrangement. Now it’s 48 hours before the event and I spent $140 on two arrangements of 18 roses and this is what they look like. What an absolute joke!!! Also there’s a $25 service/delivery fee that gets slapped onto your floral order. Both arrangements I ordered were to be delivered to the same address. I had to pay TWO service fees. Two 18-roses arrangements delivered was $140. Look at my pictures and decide for yourself if you think this is worth $140. Oh, and now my event is in 48 hours and I absolutely cannot use these without investing time in arranging them (which is the whole reason why I paid this premium for the flowers). Plus the filler is just green waxy leaves why is there no baby breath or greenery variety?!?! These are for a 60th wedding anniversary party!!!! Please save yourself from my current crisis and please don’t order these unless you want to pay through the nose for a delivery company to bring you some grocery store roses and filler for you to arrange yourself. Never ever again!!!

Flowers arrived on time. They were not the orange color advertised. They were dehydrated and the petals frail and tips browning. There was hardly any greenery at all. I could have cried. It was for my best friends 75th birthday. I was horrified with them, but she said she liked them. I truly just wanted my money back!

If I could give zero stars!!! Ordered flowers for my moms birthday. Paid for the shipping on a specific day %26 they never arrived. When I called Sams customer service %26 went on the chat, no one could help me because they said their floral department is closed and that I would have to wait until Monday when they opened again (which they were supposed to arrive on Friday). So upset with Sams %26 the fact no one else could help find out where the flowers were or the actual tracking for them. I will never order flowers from Sam’s Club.com again.

These roses arrived on time and they were un great shape. Wwll worth the cost.
