This product could be excellent if it consistently arrived on the scheduled date. Despite ordering well in advance on two occasions, the delivery never reached the intended recipient. Timely delivery is crucial for customer satisfaction, and it's disappointing that this aspect fell short. Reliable service is essential, and I hope the flower delivery can address and improve upon these issues.

I ordered 2 different sets of roses from sams got them yesterday evening 2/9/22 and they are dead the roses are smashed and the pedals are falling off the one set I got was all white they are brown on the tops wilted smashed and falling off the rainbow set is the sam you just can’t see the brown as much these are HORRIBLE and a waste of money

Purchased 18 pink roses for my mom for her birthday. Did not get the pink roses that I ordered. Instead, I received some half dead looking super pale pink roses with a dirty green/cream edge on all but three of the roses. They were ugly and I was completely disappointed.

These were completely disappointing. They were dead within 3 days of receiving them.

It was not as full or the color of yellow like in the pictures

The dozen roses arrived wilted and falling apart. Super disappointed and embarrassed, as this was for my mother-in-law's birthday. I will stick to local florists, moving forward, as the quality is compromised for the discounted price tag.

Rose petals fell off immediately upon unwrapping. Flowers did not come with all the greenery pictured. Had to arrange flowers myself. It is not possible to come make the arrangement look like the picture.

Ordered the pink roses for Mother's Day for a special friend. Roses did not look fresh and only had some green filler. The roses sent look nothing at all like the ones pictured. The only good thing was that they arrived on time.

Roses came in two days, which was great service. However, they were not the same quality as found in store at Sam’s Club. One flower fell off the stem upon opening. Half of the greenery was dead looking. I ordered the pink roses and the flowers had light brown spots over most of them. The flowers were all different lengths. Where I would trim a half inch off one, I trimmed 6 inches off another. All in all, not the usual Sam’s Club quality.

I ordered the 18 yellow roses for an out-of-state friend who had a fractured foot 3 days ago. They were delivered this morning in pristine condition, although the vase enclosed was not large enough to accommodate the roses + the extra fill-in greenery . She LOVED them, and luckily...she had a larger vase to put them in! Will definitely order again!!!
