Amazing Tires 265-70/17

2011 RAM 1500. After 30,000 + miles of mixed driving, sun, rain, snow, heat, cold, they are performing exceptionally. Show very little, and even wear, ultra quiet and ultra comfortable, exceptional stability in all circumstances, and do remarkably well in the snow. Never over 10% rise hot/cold, at 80+ MPH. at mfr recommended 40 PSI. I am a stickler about pressure. Amazing Tires! Michelin forever, now! Buy these!

Dependable Family Tire

My Family has depended on Michelin tires since 2004 and almost 200,000 miles. They have provided years of reliability and stability on both highway and the occasional off road adventure. They wear evenly and provide excellent mileage. The only thing that I would make better is Lower the COST... That way everyone could enjoy them the way my familt has. Jon

From a tire professional

First off, I have been in the OTR (large earthmover) industry for 15 years. On a typical day I drive 200 miles highway and can count on some off road (mine sites etc) driving and various conditions. I have had three trucks with an average of 300,000 miles for the last five years of driving, on three sets of AT2s. I've drove them on sharp gravel, in large waterholes, in underground limestone mines with large rocks in the road, and high speed haul roads (45 MPH) and on long trips on highway. I typically rotate tires once in their lifetime, somewhere after 50k. I am hard on equipment. That said, through two F150 4X4 and one F250 4x4 ( all quad cab) the AT2 is the toughest, most reliable tire I have seen in the applications I work in. Quiet and fuel efficient. I recommend them to my friends and customers, and we don't even deal in passenger tires.

EXCELLENT TIRE

I'm driving a Chevy Silverado 2500HD crew cab truck. Just over three years and hit 60000 miles. I have another 3/32" before hitting the wear bar. I'm looking at 70000 miles plus on these tires 265 70R 18 E before replacing. They performed here in New England in the snow and ice as well as off trail in some Western states. Exceeding warranty and listed performance on these tires. P.S. I've had Michelins and various other tires on previous truck types and hands down Michelin outperforms and outlasts them all.

Same as other review, did not last as they should have

i'm a long time michelin guy and won't buy any other brand but my last set of these were just 50km and they weren't fit for winter so had to replace them. I do like the tires from a performance standpoint and ride so i'm not buying anything else but this 100,000 km wear out claim is not even remotely achievable. 2014 Dodge Ram Laramie used as a car, no loads or other reason for this, and no kids so it's not racing or burnouts. Tires inflated religiously to door jamb recommendation with on board air pressure monitors

Very smooth quiet ride

Have had Michelin's on every car I owned. Or replaced to them on any used vehicles. My most recent was a Lexus RX350 which came with Bridgestone snows. When it came time for summer driving on went a set of latitude up's. Not disappointed as usual with ride and handling they gave.

Excellent tires

Just turned 50K miles on this set, and could not be more pleased. Snow, rain, dirt roads, highway travel.. This is a top performer. I have them rotated and balanced every 5k miles, and they continue to impress. When they need to be replaced, I will buy the same set. Thanks!

Not Severe Snow rated

I was ready to pull the trigger on a set of these LTX at2 but noticed they're not rated for severe snow. Curious why. They look like they have plenty of siping. May have to switch to BFG A/T, but didn't want the noise. Wife likes her Defenders, but these look better for trails.

Latitude HP Tour Review

The HP Tour Latitudes (235-60R-18) came with our new 2013 Volvo XC60. We have 45K on them and it's time to retread the Volvo. That said, these tires gave us a great ride in rain and snow, here in Northeast, and I'm going to put on this very same tire in Aug. 2017. My sense of the reasoning behind the real low reviews could be due to the vehicle mounted on, difference in care for the tires and the human factor involved in the review process. Al

Very difficult to keep ...

Very difficult to keep balanced and once out of balance tire wears unevenly very rapidly then the vibration at different speeds can not be removed even with further balancing. I like the low noise aspect of the tire and it's ability to had heavy loads. The off-road performance is adequate for limited use, certainly not a mud tire but will handle rain slicked roads very comfortably. Would like perhaps a little more side lug to help in slippery off-road conditions. Not sure that I would recommend to a friend, 3 of us are already using this tire but only 1 is really doing excellent with it but he is almost never off-road and never moves heavy loads.
