My nephew says these are the world's best cookies, and at the fair this year he and his cousins ate around 12 dozen LOL. I also love them. Full of flavor and very soft!!

Hard as rocks the last two times I purchased had to throw them away and request a refund. Purchased for curbside and once while inside the store both same hard to bite. I did look at the baked date was day before. I guess you have to get the same day they are made for them to be soft. IDK they weren't always like this. Would suggest avoiding these.

Tough and crunchy indeed. These looked so good and actually had a good flavor and lots of chips and chocolate, BUT I've never had a cookie like this that was so tough, dry, and crunchy. They didn't look overbaked, but so tough. Never had before to realize some said new recipe is so dry and no longer soft and chewy. Should have read more recent reviews. Love this type of cookie, but not this version.

Good quality for the money

Very good tasting cookies, excellent price.

Not what I've come to expect from Sam's deli

Couldn’t stop eating them

These cookies were delicious and a big hit at my kids birthday party.
