Bad batch, Rock hard, wouldn't even soften when soaked in milk. Will not purchase again.

Not happy with the cookies. They are super hard / over cooked. I thought they would be at least semi chewy. Will not buy again.

Usually get these and they are soft this time they were as hard as the chips ahoy so sad I drove that whole way to waist money

We were all looking forward to these cookies, because they are usually one of my family's favorite. However, I bit into one as soon as we got home, and it was rock hard. I couldn't believe it, so I tried a couple more, to the same end. The entire package was so hard I couldn't eat any of them. They were all tossed. That is so disappointing. They aren't cheap either. But mostly we just wanted our cookies.
