Very dry, little flavor

I have purchased these cookies three times, hoping they would get better. They are over baked, hard, stale, and flavorless. Maybe it’s just my SC who is over baking?

Tough and crunchy indeed. These looked so good and actually had a good flavor and lots of chips and chocolate, BUT I've never had a cookie like this that was so tough, dry, and crunchy. They didn't look overbaked, but so tough. Never had before to realize some said new recipe is so dry and no longer soft and chewy. Should have read more recent reviews. Love this type of cookie, but not this version.

Too hard

They were a little hard at first but once had been in the cookie jar with a sealed lid for a day or two they softened up a bit. They were that fine line between crunchy and chewy. Basically, they are a great solid cookie. Just the right size, not overly sugary, and a great dipping cookie. Grandkids love them.

The cookies were hard and stale. I had to throw them in the trash.

Cookies were hard as a rock!
