Cookies were very hard and crumbled all over when biting or breaking. Among all the packages available at the store, about a third of each unopened package had broken cookies.

These are my go to cookie at Sam's Club however, this last time I had to put them in the microwave to heat them up a little bit they were so hard but crunchy

Not really fresh. These were not soft at all but rather dry and had to throw them out after two days.

They were dry and seemed almost stale, despite the dates showing otherwise. Definitely not something I'll bother with again.

I liked this cookie it had just the right size with the right amount of bits. The the texture was chew, not crumbly. Good with coffee or milk.

I don't usually care for store bakery cookies but these were really good! I also like that they weren't really big. Just the right size for a snack or something sweet at the end of a meal.

These are wonderful! Great taste and perfect for a snack. They were a bit hard but we put them in a different container and added a piece of bread. The next day, they were perfectly soft.

I just recently discovered this delicious cookies from Sam’s. My family are on our 3rd purchase and this go around they are ridiculously hard and kinda hurt to bite into repeatedly. They were over baked (evidence by the bottoms being pretty dark). I guess we’ll just dunk this round in tons of milk to soften them before eating. Still a win-ish but the softer ones are far better!

These cookies were delicious and a big hit at my kids birthday party.
