Tree came packed well but had quite a few black leaves with holes. Seems highly diseased and worried it will spread. Shipped to Texas.

I bought this 2 months ago, prepped the area, planted according to recommendations.... it seemed to be doing "okay" however, the past 2 weeks, its been loosing its leaves and looking bad. I put the good potting soil when planted, kept watered, since it's decline, I have put insecticide, a little fertilizer, even some fruit tree food around in the soil to try to help. But I don't see any improvement. I'm not sure it's going to make it. I still have 1 that I bought last year planted in the sane area of the yard, about 10' away. My "older" one looks great, but this one is fading away fast I'm afraid. Are there any guarantees or refunds or even a discounts off, just in case I have to buy another one? Thanks

My plant is beautiful and years later huge
