I ordered for guaranteed delivery on the Friday prior to Mother's Day. It is now the Monday after Mother's Day, my mother did not receive her Mother's Day gift after multiple delays at FedEx despite numerous attempts to escalate the issue and have them delivered over the weekend instead of spending 3 extra days in a box. My mom will now likely open dead flowers. Also note that Sam's Club will not resolve any issues with floral items over customer service chat which adds an additional inconvenience. All around an awful experience that was not at all worth the small amount of money I saved ordering from Sam'...
